Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n y\u00fczde 39,1\u2019i ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 ikinci en b\u00fcy\u00fck zorlu\u011fun \u201c\u00dccret beklentilerini y\u00f6netmek\u201d oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. \u201cYetenek \u00e7ekmek\u201d y\u00fczde 38,2 ile \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131raya yerle\u015firken, performans ve verimlili\u011fi art\u0131rmak ise y\u00fczde 37,3\u2019l\u00fck oranla d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc temel zorluk olarak belirtildi.<\/p>\n<p>Ge\u00e7en y\u0131lki ara\u015ft\u0131rmada y\u00fczde 20\u2019lik kesim taraf\u0131ndan \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 en temel zorluk olarak belirtilen \u201c\u0130yi bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131 olu\u015fturmak ve bu ortam\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmek\u201d bu y\u0131l daha da \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.
