ODT\u00dc End\u00fcstri M\u00fchendisli\u011fi b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden mezun oldum ve mezuniyet sonras\u0131 ne istedi\u011fim konusunda \u00e7ok nettim. \u0130K alan\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak istiyordum ve kariyerime de \u00f6yle ba\u015flad\u0131m. Bu alan\u0131 se\u00e7memdeki en \u00f6nemli neden; 90\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llarda bu disiplinin daha emekleme a\u015famas\u0131nda olmas\u0131 ve burada ciddi bir geli\u015fim potansiyeli g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f olmamd\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca insana dokunan uygulamalar i\u00e7erisinde yer alacak olmak da heyecan vericiydi. M\u00fchendis olmam\u0131n i\u015fime elbette \u00e7ok katk\u0131s\u0131 oldu. Ba\u015fta \u0130K s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine sistematik ve analitik bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 katmak olmak \u00fczere hem i\u015fveren hem de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 detayl\u0131 analiz etme ve buna g\u00f6re gerekli aksiyonlar\u0131 alma konusunda e\u011fitim altyap\u0131m\u0131n \u00e7ok yard\u0131mc\u0131 oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyebilirim.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130K departmanlar\u0131 kurumlar i\u00e7in sizce ne anlam ifade ediyor? Stratejik olarak \u0130K y\u00f6netimi yapmak neden \u00f6nemli?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130K\u2019n\u0131n \u015firketlerde kesinlikle stratejik bir rol\u00fc olmal\u0131, sadece talep edileni yapan de\u011fil, hem kurum hem de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n menfaatlerini g\u00f6zeten bir konumda olmal\u0131. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7in hem adil ve \u015feffaf bir sistem kurabilmeli hem de fayda-maliyet dengesini g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurabilmeli. \u015eirket stratejileri ile uyumlu bir \u0130K stratejisi benimseyerek sadece gerekti\u011finde i\u015f birimlerini destekleyen de\u011fil, onlar\u0131n her daim yan\u0131nda yer alan ve ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 anlayan bir yerde olmal\u0131. Ancak bu sayede b\u00fct\u00fcnsel bir kazan\u00e7 sa\u011flanaca\u011f\u0131na inan\u0131yorum.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Son d\u00f6nemde sizi en \u00e7ok heyecanland\u0131ran \u0130K Projesi ne oldu?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Groupama Sigorta olarak, 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda bir \u0130K stratejisi ve \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131ll\u0131k bir plan haz\u0131rlad\u0131k ve bu do\u011frultuda bir\u00e7ok proje yapt\u0131k, yapmaya da devam ediyoruz. Her birinin bizim i\u00e7in ayr\u0131 bir anlam\u0131 var. 2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda yetkinlik modelini, 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise \u00f6d\u00fcl sistemi projemizi hayata ge\u00e7irdik. Kurumsal K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve \u0130nsan Y\u00f6netimi projemiz ve esnek yan haklar projemiz ise 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ve son h\u0131z devam eden projelerimizden.<\/p>\n<p>Korn Ferry HAY Group ile birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z Yetkinlik modeli projesinde, \u00f6ncelikle Groupama Sigorta \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 olarak ba\u015far\u0131ya giden yolda ne t\u00fcr yetkinliklere sahip olmam\u0131z gerekti\u011fini belirleyerek yetkinlik modelimizi d\u00f6rt temel, d\u00f6rt y\u00f6netsel yetkinlik \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde kurgulad\u0131k ve grup de\u011ferlerimizi de buna ekleyerek \u201c4&#215;4 Yetkinlik ve Grup De\u011ferlerimiz\u201d modelini olu\u015fturduk. Bu modeli t\u00fcm \u0130K s\u00fcre\u00e7lerimizle entegre ettik, t\u00fcm y\u00f6netici ve \u00fcst\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kapsayan, y\u00f6netsel yetkinlikleri geli\u015ftirmeye y\u00f6nelik \u201c4&#215;4 \u0130lham Veren Liderlik\u201d e\u011fitimleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik. Yetenekli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ki\u015fisel geli\u015fimlerini destekleyen \u201c4&#215;4 Geli\u015fim Merkezi\u201d uygulamas\u0131n\u0131n ilk y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 tamamlad\u0131k ve t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131za bu modeli benimsetebilmek amac\u0131yla olu\u015fturdu\u011fumuz bir y\u0131ll\u0131k ileti\u015fim plan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7irdik.<\/p>\n<p>Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra; Alk\u0131\u015flar Sana, Stratejik Proje, Geli\u015fim ve K\u0131dem \u00d6d\u00fclleri ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda d\u00f6rt kategoriden olu\u015fan bir \u00f6d\u00fcllendirme sistemi olu\u015fturduk. \u201cAlk\u0131\u015flar Sana\u201d ile kurum i\u00e7i i\u015f birli\u011fi ve takdir k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc geli\u015ftirmeyi hedefledik. Bu uygulama ile Groupama Sigorta \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 birbirlerini g\u00f6zlemleyerek \u00f6rnek davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 \u201calk\u0131\u015f kart\u0131\u201d arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla takdir edebiliyorlar ve y\u0131l sonunda en \u00e7ok kart alan ilk 12 ki\u015fi \u00f6d\u00fcllendiriliyor. Bir di\u011fer kategori olan Stratejik Proje \u00d6d\u00fclleri ile inovasyonu destekliyor ve iyi uygulamalar\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7iren tak\u0131mlar\u0131 \u00f6d\u00fcllendiriyoruz. Bu y\u0131l se\u00e7ti\u011fimiz \u00fc\u00e7 projeyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131za \u00f6d\u00fcllerini verdik. Geli\u015fim \u00d6d\u00fcl\u00fc kategorisinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n bireysel geli\u015fimlerini destekliyor ve edindikleri sertifikalar\u0131, mezuniyet belgelerini \u00f6d\u00fcllendiriyoruz. K\u0131dem \u00f6d\u00fclleri ise \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u015firkete ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 takdir etmek i\u00e7in olu\u015fturdu\u011fumuz bir kategori, her y\u0131l vizyon toplant\u0131s\u0131nda ilgili ki\u015filere \u00f6d\u00fcllerini takdim etmeyi hedefliyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>E&amp;Y ile beraber y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz Kurumsal K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve \u0130nsan Y\u00f6netimi projesiyle kurumumuzda k\u00fclt\u00fcrel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc hedefliyoruz. 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc tespit etmeye y\u00f6nelik analiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ile ba\u015flayan bu proje, 2017 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda \u00fcst y\u00f6netimin kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftaylarla h\u0131z kazand\u0131 ve belirlenen alt\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcrel prensibin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara benimsetilmesine ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr liderlerinin ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n e\u011fitilmesine y\u00f6nelik uygulamalarla devam ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>Esnek Yan Haklar projesini Ocak 2018 itibariyle hayata ge\u00e7irece\u011fiz. Art\u0131k Groupama Sigorta \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 kendilerine sa\u011flanan yan haklar paketini kendi ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na uygun olarak yeniden olu\u015fturabilecek. Groupama Sigorta olarak, futbol tak\u0131m\u0131 ve kad\u0131n ko\u015fu tak\u0131m\u0131m\u0131zla yurt i\u00e7i\/yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bir\u00e7ok yar\u0131\u015f ya da turnuvaya kat\u0131l\u0131yoruz. Hem futbol tak\u0131m\u0131nda hem de ko\u015fu tak\u0131m\u0131nda kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z uluslararas\u0131 turnuva\/yar\u0131\u015flarda birinciliklerimiz var.
