Hizmet etti\u011fimiz sekt\u00f6r i\u00e7erisinde \u00f6nc\u00fc olmay\u0131 ba\u015faran\u00a0firmam\u0131z\u00a02016 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana faaliyette bulundu\u011fu b\u00f6lgelerde ACE (Fater), Duracell (Berkshire Hathaway) ve Wella markalar\u0131n\u0131n da sat\u0131\u015f ve da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyor. Bu do\u011frultudaki anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131za paralel olarak, \u015firket b\u00fcnyesinde olu\u015fabilecek pozisyonlara en iyi ve do\u011fru adaylar\u0131n se\u00e7imi ve t\u00fcm ba\u015fvuruda bulunan adaylara e\u015fit f\u0131rsat sunabilmek bizim i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. Bunun ilk ad\u0131m\u0131, yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u015fin dinamiklerini onlara do\u011fru \u015fekilde anlatmam\u0131zdan ge\u00e7iyor.
