Ancak maalesef \u00fclkemizde kad\u0131n\u0131n i\u015f hayat\u0131na kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 halen arzu edilenin \u00e7ok gerisinde. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00dc\u0130K verilerine g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de kad\u0131n istihdam oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 28 iken, erkeklerde bu oran y\u00fczde 65 seviyesinde. Yani T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de her 100 kad\u0131ndan yaln\u0131zca 28\u2019i \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>. AB \u00fclkelerinde ise her 100 kad\u0131ndan 60\u2019\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Kad\u0131n giri\u015fimcilerin oran\u0131 da olduk\u00e7a d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck; y\u00fczde 8\u2019ler civar\u0131nda.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcne kat\u0131l\u0131m konusunda da \u00e7ok parlak de\u011filiz. \u00dclkemizde kad\u0131nlar i\u00e7in y\u00fczde 34,2 olan i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcne kat\u0131l\u0131m oran\u0131<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a>, geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkelerde y\u00fczde 50 civar\u0131nda. Bu rakam; her 100 erkekten 72\u2019sinin i\u015f ya\u015fam\u0131na kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fclkemizde, her 100 kad\u0131ndan yaln\u0131zca 34\u2019\u00fcn\u00fcn i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcne d\u00e2hil oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor. Yani \u00fclkemiz, n\u00fcfusun yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturan nitelikli insan kayna\u011f\u0131 potansiyelini kullanam\u0131yor. D\u00fcnya Ekonomik Forumu\u2019nun 2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda yay\u0131nlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 Global Toplumsal Cinsiyet U\u00e7urumu Raporu\u2019na g\u00f6re ise T\u00fcrkiye; ekonomi, e\u011fitim, sa\u011fl\u0131k ve politika ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131nda cinsiyet e\u015fitsizli\u011fini gidermede 144 \u00fclke aras\u0131nda 130\u2019uncu s\u0131rada yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Oysa, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcne kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada oldu\u011fu gibi T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in de \u00f6nemli f\u0131rsatlar bar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131yor. McKinsey T\u00fcrkiye taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan Women Matter raporuna g\u00f6re; k\u00fcresel ekonomide kad\u0131nlar\u0131n i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcne e\u015fit kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 halinde 2025&#8217;te 12 ile 28 trilyon dolar aras\u0131nda bir b\u00fcy\u00fcmenin ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcnde tutulmas\u0131, i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcne kat\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 kadar \u00f6nemli<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcm bu veriler, \u00f6zellikle T\u00fcrkiye gibi geli\u015fen ekonomilerde kad\u0131nlar\u0131n i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcne kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n ve kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011finin, kritik derecede \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu bir kez daha g\u00f6steriyor. Danone olarak biz de bu yakla\u015f\u0131mla t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada, kad\u0131n\u0131n hem i\u015f hayat\u0131nda hem de sosyal hayatta g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesini destekliyoruz. Daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir d\u00fcnya i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir \u015firket olarak, birebir ileti\u015fimde bulundu\u011fumuz annelerimizin, \u00f6zellikle i\u015f hayat\u0131na tutundurulmalar\u0131 ve do\u011fum sonras\u0131 i\u015fi b\u0131rakmamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in gayret g\u00f6stermenin ana kurumsal sorumlulu\u011fumuz oldu\u011funa inan\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Bu do\u011frultuda Danone T\u00fcrkiye, d\u00fcnyada bu alanda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla t\u00fcm anne-baba \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara y\u00f6nelik ilk Global Anne-Baba Dostu Politikas\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturarak HeForShe taraf\u0131ndan da tematik \u015fampiyon unvan\u0131n\u0131 ald\u0131. Global politikan\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131nda 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda, Danone T\u00fcrkiye inisiyatifi ile hayata ge\u00e7mi\u015f olan Anne Baba Dostu Uygulamalar b\u00fcy\u00fck rol oynad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00f6nemli bir de\u011fi\u015fim hareketi: \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan Anneler Projesi <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00d6ncelikle; kad\u0131nlar\u0131n hamileliklerinden ba\u015flayarak, annelik s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde i\u015f ya\u015fam\u0131nda ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 zorluklar\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131karmak, anlamak ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm i\u00e7in kurumlar\u0131 harekete ge\u00e7irmek \u00fczere 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda IPSOS ile 1071 ki\u015filik bir kat\u0131l\u0131mla <strong>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fan Anneler Ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131<\/strong>\u2019n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik. Bu ara\u015ft\u0131rma kapsam\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131kan sonu\u00e7lar do\u011frultusunda <strong>Danone \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan Anneler Projesi\u2019ni<\/strong> geli\u015ftirerek ve kad\u0131n konusunda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 bu program \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda toplayarak, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bir de\u011fi\u015fim hareketinin \u00f6nc\u00fcs\u00fc olduk.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Danone, Anne Baba Dostu Uygulamalar ile kurumsal d\u00fcnyaya rehberlik ediyor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bu program kapsam\u0131nda <strong>\u201cAnne Baba Dostu Uygulamalar\u201d<\/strong>\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7irdik ve de\u011fi\u015fime \u00f6nce kendi \u015firketimizden ba\u015flad\u0131k. \u015eirket i\u00e7inde sundu\u011fumuz \u201cAnne Baba Dostu Uygulamalar\u201d ile yasal izne ek annelik ve babal\u0131k izni, part-time \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hakk\u0131, esnek ve evden \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma opsiyonu, ilk g\u00fcn hem\u015fire hizmeti, anne s\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn yeterli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 durumlarda 3 ya\u015f\u0131na kadar mama deste\u011fi, do\u011fum izninden yeni d\u00f6nen ve bu s\u00fcreci yak\u0131n zamanda ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f tecr\u00fcbeli anneler aras\u0131 i\u00e7 ko\u00e7luk program\u0131, ebeveynlere y\u00f6nelik okulun ilk ve son g\u00fcn\u00fc idari izin hakk\u0131, toplu \u015firket toplant\u0131lar\u0131na bebek ve bir refakat\u00e7i ile kat\u0131l\u0131m, t\u00fcm aileyi kapsayan \u00f6zel sa\u011fl\u0131k sigortas\u0131, pedagog deste\u011fi ve s\u00fct odalar\u0131 gibi imkanlarla kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131za i\u015f hayatlar\u0131nda destek oluyoruz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00fct odas\u0131 l\u00fcks de\u011fil ihtiya\u00e7t\u0131r\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in oldu\u011fu kadar \u015firket d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda da, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan annelerin ihtiya\u00e7 duyduklar\u0131 deste\u011fi almalar\u0131 konusunda fark\u0131ndal\u0131k yaratmak bizim i\u00e7in \u00f6nemliydi. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n i\u015f ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131 devam ettirmek i\u00e7in \u00f6zellikle bebek sahibi olduktan sonra daha fazla deste\u011fe ihtiya\u00e7 duyduklar\u0131 ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki t\u00fcm \u015firketlerin sadece y\u00fczde 9\u2019unda s\u00fct odas\u0131 oldu\u011fu ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonu\u00e7lar\u0131nda ortaya koyulmu\u015ftu. Buradan hareketle, KAG\u0130DER i\u015f birli\u011fi ile <strong>\u201cS\u00fct Odas\u0131 L\u00fcks De\u011fil \u0130htiya\u00e7t\u0131r\u201d <\/strong>fark\u0131ndal\u0131k kampanyas\u0131n\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7irdik. Bu kampanya ile hijyenik bir ortamda s\u00fct sa\u011fman\u0131n, t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan anneler i\u00e7in temel bir ihtiya\u00e7 oldu\u011funu vurgulayarak, s\u00fct odalar\u0131n\u0131n sadece Danone T\u00fcrkiye b\u00fcnyesinde de\u011fil, t\u00fcm \u015firketlerde kurulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in fark\u0131ndal\u0131k olu\u015fturmay\u0131 ama\u00e7lad\u0131k. S\u00fct odas\u0131 olmayan \u015firketlerin k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck yat\u0131r\u0131mlarla bu odalar\u0131 kurmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lar yapmaya devam ediyoruz. S\u00fct Odas\u0131 Hareketimiz kapsam\u0131nda 5 milyon ki\u015fiye eri\u015ftik, ayn\u0131 zamanda bu de\u011fi\u015fimi ba\u015flatacak olan 5.000 \u0130K profesyoneli ile bir araya geldik.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fan Annelerin \u0130\u015fe D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc Ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131, annelerin motivasyon ve bariyerlerini ortaya \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fan Anneler Ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 ve devam\u0131nda hayata ge\u00e7irdi\u011fimiz uygulama ve projeler \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z taraf\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck memnuniyet yaratt\u0131. Kamuoyunda da \u00f6nemli bir g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fck sa\u011flad\u0131k. Bu olumlu geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fler, projeyi geli\u015ftirerek devam etmemiz i\u00e7in bizi motive etti. Bu do\u011frultuda 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda da, yine IPSOS ile ilk ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n devam\u0131 ve tamamlay\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 niteli\u011finde olan <strong>\u201c\u00c7al\u0131\u015fan Annelerin \u0130\u015fe D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u201d <\/strong>adl\u0131 kapsaml\u0131 bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma yapt\u0131k.<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rma kapsam\u0131nda \u00e7ocuk bak\u0131m sorumluluklar\u0131 nedeniyle i\u015flerinden ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, sonras\u0131nda i\u015f hayat\u0131na d\u00f6nm\u00fc\u015f ve d\u00f6nmemi\u015f annelerin bariyerlerini ve motivasyonlar\u0131n\u0131 anlamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma kapsam\u0131nda anne olduktan sonra i\u015fe d\u00f6nm\u00fc\u015f ve d\u00f6nmemi\u015f annelerle konu\u015ftuk. Ek olarak bu annelerin e\u015fleri ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131 da ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya d\u00e2hil ettik. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00f6nceki ara\u015ft\u0131rmam\u0131zda g\u00f6rd\u00fck ki; i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n anneleri desteklemesi yetmiyor, \u00e7evrelerinin de arkas\u0131nda durmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Toplamda 583 ki\u015fi ile g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ft\u00fck.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fan Annelerin \u0130\u015fe D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131na g\u00f6re, kad\u0131nlar i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan anne olmak; \u00f6zg\u00fcvenli, pozitif ve geli\u015fmeye devam eden insanlar olmay\u0131 \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re i\u015ften ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015f annelerin y\u00fczde 73\u2019\u00fc, i\u015fe d\u00f6nm\u00fc\u015f annelerin ise y\u00fczde 93\u2019\u00fc i\u015fi b\u0131rakmaktaki temel motivasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n, \u00e7ocu\u011fa kendilerinin bakmak istemesi oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130\u015ften ayr\u0131lma motivasyonu uzun vadede yan\u0131lt\u0131c\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya kat\u0131lan anneler i\u015fi b\u0131rakt\u0131klar\u0131 ilk d\u00f6nemde bir rahatlama ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti ancak kad\u0131nlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 60\u2019\u0131 i\u015fi b\u0131rakt\u0131ktan sonra \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 \u00f6zlediklerini, bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te kendilerine ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131na istedikleri zaman\u0131 tam olarak ay\u0131ramad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. Yani i\u015ften ayr\u0131lma motivasyonunun uzun vadede yan\u0131lt\u0131c\u0131 oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. Belli bir noktadan sonra ev i\u00e7indeki hayat\u0131n k\u0131s\u0131r d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fc yorucu olmaya ba\u015fl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Daha evvel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131nda olan ve planl\u0131 bir hayat ya\u015famaya al\u0131\u015f\u0131k olan bu kad\u0131nlar, ev i\u015fleri i\u00e7inde kayboluyor; hayal ettikleri aktiviteleri ne \u00e7ocuklar\u0131yla, ne e\u015fleriyle, ne de kendileriyle ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirebiliyorlar. Y\u00fczde 85\u2019i \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor olmalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n kad\u0131n erkek e\u015fitli\u011fi alg\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu, y\u00fczde 83\u2019\u00fc \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n okula gitmeye daha motive oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131. Bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler sonucunda annesi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n pozitif cinsiyet alg\u0131s\u0131na sahip olduklar\u0131, annelerinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131yla gurur duyduklar\u0131 ve onu kendilerine model olarak ald\u0131klar\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.
