Sapro olarak y\u00fczde 40\u2019\u0131n \u00fczerindeki pazar pay\u0131 ile T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en b\u00fcy\u00fck \u0131slak mendil \u00fcreticisiyiz. \u201cIslak mendil uzman\u0131\u201d olan Sapro, ayn\u0131 zamanda d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck \u0131slak mendil \u00fcreticilerinden biri. Kuruldu\u011fumuz g\u00fcnden beri \u00fcretimimizin y\u00fczde 75\u2019ini ihra\u00e7 ediyoruz. Sapro, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en b\u00fcy\u00fck 496\u2019nc\u0131 sanayi kurulu\u015fu, en b\u00fcy\u00fck 242\u2019nci ihracat\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 ve kendi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde ihracat lideri.<\/p>\n<p>Kendimizi s\u00fcrekli olarak geli\u015ftiriyoruz. Son olarak T\u00fcrk Giri\u015fim ve \u0130\u015f D\u00fcnyas\u0131 Konfederasyonu (T\u00dcRKONFED) ile Londra Borsas\u0131 i\u015fbirli\u011finde haz\u0131rlanan \u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin Y\u00fckselen Liderleri\u201d ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131nda yer alan y\u00fcz \u015firketten biri olduk ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u0130lham Veren \u015eirketleri listesine girdik.<\/p>\n<p>Sapro olarak Private Label sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde faaliyet g\u00f6steriyoruz ve 6 k\u0131tada ve 62 \u00fclkede, 1.152 marka i\u00e7in \u00fcretim yap\u0131yoruz. Kendimize ait Hops markam\u0131z da bulunuyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ortak\u00f6y-Silivri\u2019de 35 bin metrekare kapal\u0131 alana sahip entegre bir fabrikada hizmet veriyoruz. Fabrika, g\u00fcnl\u00fck 120 milyon yaprak \u00fcretim kapasiteli ve 10 bin paletlik depolama alan\u0131na sahip bir tesis.<\/p>\n<p>Ar-Ge\u2019ye en fazla yat\u0131r\u0131m yapan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki ilk 250 firma aras\u0131nday\u0131z. Ar-Ge birimimizde 35 kimya m\u00fchendisi ve 5 biyolog \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. 4 adet kimyasal analiz, mikrobiyoloji laboratuvar\u0131, giri\u015f kontrol ve \u00a0grafik birimlerini b\u00fcnyemizde bulunduruyoruz. Ciromuzun y\u00fczde 1\u2019ine yak\u0131n k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 Ar-Ge \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ay\u0131r\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ka\u00e7 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n\u0131z var?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Sapro b\u00fcnyesinde d\u00f6rt \u015firketimiz bulunuyor. Koli ve ambalaj \u00fcretimini Tetra A.\u015e. yaparken, plastik \u00fcretimini Multipak A.\u015e \u015firketimiz yap\u0131yor. Nonwoven \u00fcretimini ise Lotus Teknik A.\u015e \u00fcstleniyor. Hammaddesini kendi b\u00fcnyesinde \u00fcreten Avrupa\u2019daki tek firmay\u0131z. S\u00f6z konusu 4 \u015firketimizde 700\u2019e yak\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131m\u0131z var.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131za kad\u0131n veya erkek diye bakm\u0131yoruz. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z vizyonumuza uyum sa\u011fl\u0131yor mu, ayn\u0131 h\u0131zda ilerleyebilir miyiz gibi kriterler bizim i\u00e7in daha \u00f6nemli.<\/p>\n<p>Kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan oran\u0131m\u0131z y\u00fczde 45\u2019ler d\u00fczeyinde. B\u00f6ylece daha sahip \u00e7\u0131k\u0131lan ve uygulanabilir y\u00f6ntemlerle ilerliyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130K departman\u0131 olarak se\u00e7me-yerle\u015ftirme, e\u011fitim ve geli\u015fim, kariyer planlama ve yetenek y\u00f6netimi, performans y\u00f6netimi, personel i\u015flemleri, \u00fccret, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131 gibi s\u00fcre\u00e7leri y\u00f6netiyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131m\u0131z uluslararas\u0131 Sosyal Uygunluk Standartlar\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131 m\u00fc\u015fterilerimiz taraf\u0131ndan da s\u00fcrekli denetleniyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcze \u00f6zel adaylar\u0131 se\u00e7erken hangi niteliklere \u00f6nem veriyorsunuz?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u0130K departman\u0131 olarak en temel amac\u0131m\u0131z, firma k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fczle uyumlu insan kayna\u011f\u0131na ula\u015fabilmek.
