Ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re, i\u015fverenler \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n bir\u00e7ok konuda daha fazla donan\u0131ml\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131 istiyor. <b>\u00a0<\/b>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u015fverenlerinin be\u015f y\u0131l \u00f6ncesinden daha fazla beceri ve yetkinlik talepleri oldu\u011funu belirterek, bu taleplerin her ge\u00e7en y\u0131l ayn\u0131 do\u011frultuda artaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. \u00d6zellikle \u00c7in, Hindistan, Malezya ve Brezilya\u2019daki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 90\u2019dan fazlas\u0131 gelecek y\u0131llarda i\u015fleriyle ilgili olarak daha fazla beklenti talebinin do\u011faca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyor. <b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>\u0130\u015fverenlerin beklentileri \u00fcst d\u00fczeye \u00e7\u0131kacak <\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131llarda i\u015flerinde daha fazla \u00e7aba sarf edeceklerini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 81 olarak tespit edildi. Bu oran en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u0130spanya\u2019da y\u00fczde 57, Danimarka\u2019da ise y\u00fczde 62 olarak \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlendi. Randstad T\u00fcrkiye Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Altu\u011f Yaka, i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda ve beraberinde i\u015f yap\u0131\u015f bi\u00e7imlerindeki d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ile i\u015fverenlerin hizmet verdikleri alanlarda fark yaratabilmek i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n da bir\u00e7ok alanda beklentilerinin artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Yaka, \u201c\u0130\u015fverenlerin b\u00fcy\u00fck bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n e\u011fitiminin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra deneyim, yetkinlik, sosyal ve dijital becerileri konusuna daha fazla \u00f6nem veriyor. Hatta \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n bu becerilerine g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek i\u00e7in Avrupa\u2019da oldu\u011fu gibi T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de i\u015fverenler e\u011fitim ve destek kurslar\u0131na yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmaya s\u0131cak bak\u0131yor. Teknolojinin damgas\u0131n\u0131 vurdu\u011fu g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda, bug\u00fcnden itibaren dijital becerilerin \u00f6nemi, i\u015fverenlerin bu alandaki beklentileri \u00fcst d\u00fczeye \u00e7\u0131kacak\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar gelecekten kayg\u0131l\u0131 <\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya kat\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 92\u2019si i\u015flerinin gere\u011fini yerine getirmek i\u00e7in ellerinden gelen her \u015feyi yapacaklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.
