Elbette, ya\u015fam, \u00e7ak\u0131lta\u015f\u0131 ile d\u00f6nm\u00fcyor, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar olarak hepimiz, para kazanmak i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz ancak 2011-2012 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m bir saha \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131nda da g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm \u00fczere, bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n motivasyonunda ve\u00a0 i\u015fe ba\u011flanmas\u0131nda; \u00fccret ve parasal \u00f6d\u00fcller \u00f6nemli olmakla birlikte; \u00f6nem derecesi olarak ilk s\u0131rada de\u011filler. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada \u00e7\u0131kan iki ilgin\u00e7 ve \u00f6ncelikli tespit \u015fu idi:<\/p>\n<p>a)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Sesini duyurma ihtiyac\u0131 duyuyor<\/p>\n<p>b)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 G\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerine de\u011fer verilmesini arzu ediyor<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6neticisi ile olan ili\u015fkisi, yani y\u00f6neticiye duyulan g\u00fcven de; s\u0131ralamada para ve parasal \u00f6d\u00fcllerden daha \u00fcst s\u0131rada yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130kinci bir konu, son zamanlarda \u00e7ok s\u0131k duymaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m ve gerek \u00fcniversitede \u00f6\u011frencilerime gerekse kurumlarda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m e\u011fitimlerde de \u00fcst\u00fcne bast\u0131\u011f\u0131m \u00a0Tak\u0131m Motivasyonu meselesi. Motivasyon, ki\u015fisel bir olayd\u0131r,birisini motive eden bir durum, bir ba\u015fkas\u0131n\u0131 motive etmeyebilir. Motivasyonun olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ancak insan davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda g\u00f6zlemlenebilir. Bu nedenle tak\u0131m motivasyonunu \u015f\u00f6yle de\u011ferlendirmekte fayda var. Bir y\u00f6netici,\u00f6rne\u011fin bir insan kaynaklar\u0131 y\u00f6neticisi, kurumunda motivasyonu art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in baz\u0131 aksiyonlar almak istiyor ise, bu durumda her \u015feyden \u00f6nce o tak\u0131m\u0131n yap\u0131s\u0131na ve bireysel olarak \u00e7ok iyi hakim olmak durumunda. K\u0131sacas\u0131 bir\u00e7ok kaynakta ge\u00e7en, dile getirilen tak\u0131m motivasyonu ifadesini de motivasyonun bilimsel olarak anlam\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan pek do\u011fru bulmuyorum.<\/p>\n<p>Bu nedenle tak\u0131m motivasyonu demek, asl\u0131nda o tak\u0131mda yer alan t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n her birini motive eden fakt\u00f6rlerin neler oldu\u011funun fark\u0131nda olmak demek. Bunu yapabilmek i\u00e7in de insan kaynaklar\u0131 y\u00f6neticilerinin kurumlar\u0131nda yapt\u0131klar\u0131 \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan Ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan Memnuniyeti Anketleri\u2019ni \u00e7ok iyi de\u011ferlendirmeleri ve bu anket sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na ili\u015fkin aksiyon planlar\u0131n\u0131 da \u00e7ok etkin bir \u015fekilde yapmalar\u0131 gerekiyor.
