T\u00fcm sigorta bran\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 kapsayan, zengin \u00fcr\u00fcn portf\u00f6y\u00fcm\u00fczle m\u00fc\u015fterilerimizin her t\u00fcrl\u00fc hizmet ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 ve mal varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcvencesi i\u00e7in \u00f6zel olarak geli\u015ftirilmi\u015f rekabet\u00e7i \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler sunman\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra yat\u0131r\u0131m ve emeklilik fon y\u00f6netim faaliyetlerinde de bulunuyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>MAPFRE, 37 binden fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 ve d\u00fcnyan\u0131n d\u00f6rt bir yan\u0131ndaki 5 bin\u2019in \u00fczerinde ofisiyle 37 milyon m\u00fc\u015fteriye ula\u015f\u0131yor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ise MAPFRE Sigorta ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyoruz. 800\u2019\u00fcn \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131m\u0131z ve 2.500\u2019\u00fc a\u015fk\u0131n acentemizle hizmet veriyoruz. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ya\u015f ortalamas\u0131 35 ve y\u00fczde 25 gibi \u00f6nemli bir oran\u0131 30 ya\u015f\u0131n alt\u0131nda.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Firman\u0131zda \u0130K departman\u0131 hangi s\u00fcre\u00e7leri y\u00f6netiyor? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130nsan ve toplum odakl\u0131 bir \u015firket olan MAPFRE\u2019nin t\u00fcm insan kaynaklar\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131nda, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar ve toplum i\u00e7in fark yaratabilme gayesi yat\u0131yor. Bu nedenle esneklik ve \u00e7eviklik sa\u011flayan yap\u0131lar\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131, yetenek y\u00f6netimi, \u00fccret ve takdir politikalar\u0131 ile profesyonel geli\u015fim gibi temel insan kaynaklar\u0131 faaliyetlerinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik, dijital d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ve \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fe de odaklan\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00c7e\u015fitlilik ve f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011fi\u201d politikam\u0131za \u00f6zellikle de\u011finmek isterim. \u00a0Bu politika, her bireyin farkl\u0131 oldu\u011funu kabul ederek \u00f6zel veya ayr\u0131mc\u0131 davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 yoluyla ki\u015filerin bireyselli\u011fine sayg\u0131 g\u00f6sterilmesi temeline dayan\u0131yor. Bu ve di\u011fer t\u00fcm f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z sayesinde \u015eubat 2018\u2019de KAG\u0130DER taraf\u0131ndan toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fini ve istihdamda kad\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesini destekleyen, \u015firketlere ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z bir de\u011ferlendirme s\u00fcrecinin ard\u0131ndan verilen \u201cF\u0131rsat E\u015fitli\u011fi Modeli (FEM) Sertifikas\u0131\u201dn\u0131 almaya hak kazand\u0131k. Bu sertifikasyonu sigorta sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde alan ilk \u015firket olmak ise bizler i\u00e7in ayr\u0131 bir gurur kayna\u011f\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcze \u00f6zel adaylar\u0131 se\u00e7erken hangi niteliklere \u00f6nem veriyorsunuz?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fe al\u0131mlarda, t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyadaki MAPFRE \u015firketlerinde uygulanmakta olan global se\u00e7me yerle\u015ftirme s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini uyguluyoruz.
