Bug\u00fcn 40.000 m2 alana sahip \u00fcretim \u00fcss\u00fc niteli\u011findeki fabrikas\u0131nda, en ileri teknolojiyi hayata ge\u00e7irmektedir. Bu kapsamda y\u0131ll\u0131k 5.000.000 ak\u00fc \u00fcretim kapasitesine sahiptir. Yi\u011fit Ak\u00fc A.\u015e Yi\u011fit \u015eirketler Grubu b\u00fcnyesinde, Ankara Sincan Organize Sanayi B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nde bulunan 3 fabrikas\u0131 ile faaliyet g\u00f6stermektedir. Bu fabrikalar; Starter Ak\u00fc fabrikam\u0131z, End\u00fcstriyel Ak\u00fc fabrikam\u0131z ve Lityum \u0130yon-Plastik Enjeksiyon \u00fcretimlerimizi yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z fabrikalar\u0131m\u0131zd\u0131r. Yi\u011fit Ak\u00fc \u015eirketler Grubu b\u00fcnyesinde 788 personel istihdam\u0131 ile hizmet ve faaliyetlerimizi s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmekteyiz. \u00a0\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n 615\u2018i \u00fcretim eleman\u0131 olarak, 173 personelimiz ise teknik ve idari alanlarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Firman\u0131zda \u0130K departman\u0131 hangi s\u00fcre\u00e7leri y\u00f6netiyor? <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Firmam\u0131zda insan kaynaklar\u0131 departman\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan; e\u011fitim, i\u015fe al\u0131m, performans de\u011ferlendirme, kariyer planlamas\u0131 , \u00fccret y\u00f6netimi ve motivasyon s\u00fcre\u00e7leri y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmektedir. Aray\u0131\u015fa ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce, departmanlardan teknik gerekliliklerle ilgili ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 bilgiyi al\u0131r, bunlar\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fct k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fczle ilgili arad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ki\u015fisel yetkinliklerle birle\u015ftirerek ilan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 olu\u015ftururuz. Adaylar\u0131m\u0131zla da g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeleri bu gereklilikler kapsam\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyoruz. Her pozisyon i\u00e7in olmazsa olmaz tek beklentimiz ise \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n kendini Yi\u011fit Ak\u00fc ailesinin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak g\u00f6rmesi ve \u00f6zveriyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131za y\u00f6nelik motivasyon uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 anlat\u0131r m\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z? \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in neler yap\u0131yorsunuz?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 bizim i\u00e7in en \u00f6nemli konulardan biri. Elbette sosyal aktivitelerimiz, etkinliklerimiz y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde s\u00fcrekli ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriliyor; fakat ger\u00e7ek motivasyonun ki\u015fi baz\u0131nda analiz yapmayla sa\u011flanaca\u011f\u0131na inan\u0131yoruz. \u00d6rg\u00fct yap\u0131lanmas\u0131n\u0131n do\u011fru karakteristik haritalar \u00fczerinden ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesinin ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 etkileyen en \u00f6nemli fakt\u00f6r oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyor ve bu konu \u00fczerine odaklan\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Gelecek d\u00f6nemdeki projeleriniz aras\u0131nda neler var?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>K\u0131sa d\u00f6nemde yap\u0131lacak projelerimiz i\u00e7in saymakla bitmez diyebiliriz; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc bizim i\u00e7in en ufak bir hata g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz her alan yeni bir iyile\u015fme projesi demektir. Uzun d\u00f6nem hedeflerimiz aras\u0131nda Yi\u011fit Akademi\u2019yi kurmak var. E\u011fitime \u00e7ok \u00f6nem veren bir firmay\u0131z ve en etkili e\u011fitimin de firma k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnde yeti\u015fmi\u015f e\u011fitmenlerden al\u0131nabilece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. Stratejik i\u015f planlar\u0131 haz\u0131rlay\u0131p; e\u011fitim, bilgi ve beceriyi artt\u0131ran, ba\u015far\u0131y\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7en, \u00f6d\u00fcllendiren, ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k ve motivasyon sa\u011flayan, inovatif bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftiren, ortak k\u00fclt\u00fcrde bulu\u015fturan insan kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yaratmak i\u00e7in u\u011fra\u015f\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Personelinizin ge\u00e7ti\u011fi e\u011fitim s\u00fcre\u00e7leri nelerdir? <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>E\u011fitim, Yi\u011fit Ak\u00fc\u2019de ya\u015fayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma deneyiminin \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturur diyebiliriz.
