Baz\u0131 kurumlar y\u00f6neticiler i\u00e7in y\u00f6netsel becerilerin bulundu\u011fu ayr\u0131 bir form haz\u0131rlarken, baz\u0131 kurumlar kurum i\u00e7i terfi sistemine \u00f6nem verdi\u011fi i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n da y\u00f6netsel becerilerini analiz etmek isteyebilir.<\/li>\n<li>De\u011ferlendirme formlar\u0131nda olduk\u00e7a sade ve yal\u0131n c\u00fcmleler kullanmal\u0131y\u0131z.<\/li>\n<li>De\u011ferlendirme yapacak herkesin detayl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde bilgilendirilmesini sa\u011flamal\u0131y\u0131z.
