D\u00fcnya genelinde 140 \u00fclkede, yakla\u015f\u0131k 105.000 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131m\u0131zla faaliyet g\u00f6steriyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>1955 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00fcretim, pazarlama ve ila\u00e7 Ar-Ge\u2019si faaliyetleri y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyoruz. Novartis T\u00fcrkiye; Novartis \u0130la\u00e7, Novartis Onkoloji ve Sandoz olarak, \u00fcretim tesislerimiz ve 2.400 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131m\u0131zla, insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve ya\u015fam kalitesi i\u00e7in yenilik\u00e7i \u00fcr\u00fcnlerimiz ve hasta odakl\u0131 sosyal sorumluluk bilincimizle \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Firman\u0131zda \u0130K departman\u0131 hangi s\u00fcre\u00e7leri y\u00f6netiyor? <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Novartis olarak y\u0131llard\u0131r s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz insan kaynaklar\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131m\u0131z ve projelerimizle g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir Novartis k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc yaratmay\u0131 hedefliyoruz. \u015eirket stratejilerimizi, yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z kurum k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcz ile uyumlu bir \u015fekilde olu\u015fturmaya \u00f6nem veriyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n i\u015fe giri\u015finden itibaren hayatlar\u0131ndaki \u00f6nemli anlara dokunuyoruz. \u0130\u015fe giri\u015f, adaptasyon, geli\u015fim, ilk liderlik, \u00f6d\u00fcllendirme, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n i\u015f ve \u00f6zel ya\u015fam entegrasyonu ve i\u015flerini yaparken ihtiya\u00e7 duyduklar\u0131 donan\u0131m\u0131n \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funa inan\u0131yoruz. Yetenek stratejileri, yetenek kazan\u0131m\u0131, i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fc planlamas\u0131, i\u015fe yeni ba\u015flayanlar\u0131n e\u011fitim ve adaptasyonu, kariyer ve ba\u015far\u0131 y\u00f6netimi gibi konularda onlara destek olarak her \u00e7al\u0131\u015fana \u00f6zel bir yol haritas\u0131 belirliyoruz. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n bireysel geli\u015fimini s\u0131k\u0131 takip ediyoruz.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcze \u00f6zel adaylar\u0131 se\u00e7erken hangi niteliklere \u00f6nem veriyorsunuz? <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn dinamik ve rekabet\u00e7i ortam\u0131 dolay\u0131s\u0131yla mutlaka \u00fcniversite mezunu, ileti\u015fim yetene\u011fi kuvvetli, \u00e7ok iyi derecede yabanc\u0131 dil bilgisi olan ve fark yaratan adaylara i\u015f imkanlar\u0131 sunuyoruz. T\u00fcm bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131nda bizim i\u00e7in en \u00f6nemlisi ba\u015fvuran adaylar\u0131n Novartis kurum k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne uyum sa\u011flayabilecek yap\u0131da olmas\u0131. Bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra ayn\u0131 anda farkl\u0131 i\u015fleri y\u00fcr\u00fctmeye yatk\u0131nl\u0131k, m\u00fc\u015fteri odakl\u0131 olabilmek de\u011ferlendirdi\u011fimiz di\u011fer kriterler. Pozitif, merakl\u0131, \u00f6\u011frenmeye hevesli ve yeniliklere a\u00e7\u0131k adaylar\u0131n her zaman bir ad\u0131m \u00f6nde olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131nda tecr\u00fcbenin \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funa inan\u0131yorum. \u0130\u015fin uzman\u0131 olarak tan\u0131mlanabilecek ki\u015filerin her zaman teorik altyap\u0131y\u0131 \u00e7ok iyi bilmesi gerekti\u011fini savunuyorum; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc i\u015fe ve uygulamalara yeni \u015feyler katabilmek, ancak i\u015fin \u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc ve teorisini \u00e7ok iyi bilirseniz m\u00fcmk\u00fcn.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zellikle ila\u00e7 sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde, konusuna h\u00e2kim, ba\u015farma azmi y\u00fcksek ve entelekt\u00fcel birikime sahip \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar istihdam ediliyor. Bu nedenle bu alanda kariyer yapmak isteyen adaylar ki\u015fisel geli\u015fimlerine \u00f6nem vermeliler. Yeni benimsedi\u011fimiz ve \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z <strong>\u201cunboss\u201d<\/strong> y\u00f6netim \u015fekli k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n t\u00fcm potansiyelini ortaya koyabilmeleri i\u00e7in uygun ortam\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz. Engelleri ortadan kald\u0131rmak i\u00e7in fikirlerini a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a tart\u0131\u015fabilecekleri, kararlara kat\u0131labilecekleri bir y\u00f6netim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 benimsiyoruz.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131za y\u00f6nelik motivasyon uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 anlat\u0131r m\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z? \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in neler yap\u0131yorsunuz?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Novartis T\u00fcrkiye \u0130la\u00e7 olarak <strong>\u00c7e\u015fitlilik ve Dahil Etme<\/strong> kapsam\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ya\u015fam evrelerine g\u00f6re (gen\u00e7ler, \u00e7ocuklu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar, kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar, engelli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z vb.) uygulamalar hayata ge\u00e7irmeye \u00f6zen g\u00f6steriyoruz. Bu uygulamalar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n kendilerini rahat hissettikleri bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131na katk\u0131 sa\u011flarken i\u015flerini keyif alarak yapmalar\u0131na da olanak veriyor. <strong>\u201cDo\u011fum g\u00fcn\u00fcnde yar\u0131m g\u00fcn izin\u201d<\/strong> uygulamas\u0131 ile ekiplerimizden \u00e7ok g\u00fczel geri bildirimler al\u0131yoruz. Okulun ilk g\u00fcn\u00fc ve karne g\u00fcn\u00fcnde \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131nda olmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan \u201c<strong>\u00c7ocu\u011funun Yan\u0131nda Ol\u201d<\/strong> uygulamas\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u00e7ocuklar\u0131na kap\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z 23 Nisan\u2019da <strong>\u201c\u00c7ocu\u011funu Yan\u0131nda Getir\u201d<\/strong> uygulamas\u0131, yeni \u00e7ocuk sahibi olan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131za maddi yard\u0131m, kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131za \u00f6zel esnek do\u011fum izni uygulamas\u0131, hamilelik ko\u00e7lu\u011fu, s\u00fct odas\u0131, lohusa ve yeni do\u011fan deste\u011fi, erkek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131za 5 g\u00fcn babal\u0131k izni \u00f6rnek verece\u011fimiz uygulamalar aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. \u00c7ok uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r devam eden bir di\u011fer uygulamam\u0131z; bebekleri 18 ayl\u0131k olana kadar t\u00fcm kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u015fehir d\u0131\u015f\u0131 konaklamal\u0131 toplant\u0131lara masraflar\u0131n\u0131 \u015firketimiz \u00f6deyecek \u015fekilde bebekleri ve refakat\u00e7ileriyle beraber kat\u0131lmalar\u0131. Bu yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131m\u0131z k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bebekleri olan anneler taraf\u0131ndan \u00e7ok be\u011feniliyor ve fark yarat\u0131yor. B\u00f6ylelikle, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bireysel olarak kendilerini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirebildikleri bir kurum k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc olu\u015fturmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Bu uygulama kapsam\u0131nda gen\u00e7 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z ya da stajyerlerimiz daha k\u0131demli farkl\u0131 ku\u015faklardan y\u00f6neticilerimize mentorluk yap\u0131yorlar.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 alan\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131za \u00f6ncelikle s\u00fcrekli geli\u015fim f\u0131rsat\u0131 sunuyoruz. Kariyer yolculuklar\u0131nda yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f programlar ile onlar\u0131 destekliyoruz. Bireysel olarak kendilerini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirebilecekleri bir kurum k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc olu\u015fturmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Bu \u00f6ncelik ve de\u011fi\u015fim Novartis T\u00fcrkiye \u0130la\u00e7 \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6ncelikleri ve hedefleri aras\u0131nda da yer al\u0131yor. Dijitalle\u015fme, ki\u015finin i\u015fe al\u0131m s\u00fcrecinden oryantasyonuna ve \u015firket k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcze uyumuna kadar bir\u00e7ok s\u00fcreci olumlu y\u00f6nde etkiledi. Stajyer ve yeni mezun i\u015fe al\u0131m s\u00fcrecimizi dijital ortamda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyoruz.
