Oyak Renault&#8217;un insan kaynaklar\u0131 politikalar\u0131n\u0131, gelecek planlar\u0131n\u0131 ve daha fazlas\u0131n\u0131 \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc Tolga G\u00f6rg\u00fcl\u00fc sizin i\u00e7in anlatt\u0131.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Yap\u0131lanman\u0131z hakk\u0131nda bilgi alabilir miyiz? \u015eu anda b\u00fcnyenizde ka\u00e7 ki\u015fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Oyak Renault, y\u0131ll\u0131k 378 bin otomobil ve 920 bin motor \u00fcretim hacmi ile Renault\u2019nun en y\u00fcksek kapasitesine sahip tesislerinden biri. 2018 y\u0131l\u0131 sonu itibar\u0131yla 7 binin \u00fczerinde ki\u015finin \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 fabrikam\u0131zda; bir\u00e7ok araba modelini, ayr\u0131ca bu modellerde kullan\u0131lan motor ve mekanik aksam\u0131 \u00fcretip ihra\u00e7 ediyoruz. Yar\u0131m asra uzanan k\u00f6kl\u00fc ge\u00e7mi\u015fimizle kuruldu\u011fumuz g\u00fcnden bu yana, otomotiv sanayinin uluslararas\u0131 rekabet g\u00fcc\u00fcne \u00f6nemli katk\u0131lar sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin otomobil ihracat\u0131n\u0131n 3\u2019te 1\u2019inden fazlas\u0131n\u0131 tek ba\u015f\u0131m\u0131za ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyoruz. \u00dcretimimizin %80\u2019ini 70\u2019e yak\u0131n \u00fclkeye ihra\u00e7 ediyoruz. Bu yap\u0131ya hizmet eden 1.625 beyaz yakal\u0131, 6013 mavi yaka \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131m\u0131z var. Ya\u015f ortalamas\u0131 34 olan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n 1.500\u2019\u00fc \u00fcniversite mezunu, 930\u2019u ise m\u00fchendis k\u00f6kenli.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Firman\u0131zda \u0130K departman\u0131 hangi s\u00fcre\u00e7leri y\u00f6netiyor?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>65 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bulundu\u011fu \u0130K departman\u0131nda \u00fccretlendirme ve yan haklar, end\u00fcstriyel ili\u015fkiler, e\u011fitim, sa\u011fl\u0131k servisi, yetenek y\u00f6netimi ve insan kaynaklar\u0131 i\u015f ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ekiplerimiz bulunuyor. Her meslek sorumlusunun ilgili oldu\u011fu mesle\u011fin \u0130K direkt\u00f6r\u00fc gibi hareket etmesi gerekti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. Buna y\u00f6nelik ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l &#8220;\u0130K \u0130\u015f Orta\u011f\u0131&#8221; d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcrecini ba\u015flatt\u0131k. Bu kapsamda m\u00fc\u015fteri memnuniyetini en \u00fcste \u00e7ekebilmek amac\u0131yla insan kaynaklar\u0131 i\u015f orta\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n donan\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131r\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcze \u00f6zel adaylar\u0131 se\u00e7erken hangi niteliklere \u00f6nem veriyorsunuz?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Oyak Renault\u2019a i\u015f i\u00e7in ba\u015fvuran adaylar\u0131n asl\u0131nda d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck otomotiv grubuna kat\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilmeleri gerekiyor. Bu nedenle \u00f6ncelikle teknoloji \u00fcreten ve teknolojiyi yetkin kullanabilecek yetenekleri ar\u0131yoruz. Bu nedenle d\u00fcnyay\u0131 oyun alan\u0131 yapmaya hevesli ve her yerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131p, her yerde \u00f6\u011frenecek \u00e7eviklikte adaylar\u0131 ar\u0131yoruz. Ayr\u0131ca fikir ve g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a payla\u015fabilen, harekete ge\u00e7ecek cesareti olan yetenekleri ar\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131za y\u00f6nelik motivasyon uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 anlat\u0131r m\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z? \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in neler yap\u0131yorsunuz?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Her y\u0131l yap\u0131lan \u201cAile Festivali\u201d ve \u201cAile Gezileri\u201d ile birlikte, Oyak Renault\u2019nun 50. kurulu\u015f y\u0131l d\u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fcnde, bu y\u0131la \u00f6zel bir\u00e7ok etkinlik yapt\u0131k. Bu etkinliklerle birlikte aile ba\u011flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131, beraberlik ve tak\u0131m ruhunun g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc peki\u015ftirdik.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n s\u0131k s\u0131k sahnede olmas\u0131na \u00f6nem veriyoruz. \u201cY\u0131ld\u0131zlar Ge\u00e7idi\u201d ad\u0131n\u0131 verdi\u011fimiz tan\u0131ma takdir program\u0131m\u0131z dahilinde de\u011fer katan, fark yaratan ve iz b\u0131rakan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 farkl\u0131 \u00f6d\u00fcllerle onurland\u0131r\u0131yoruz. Mavi yakal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara y\u00f6nelik \u201cMavi Yaka Performans Y\u00f6netimi\u201d sistemimiz bulunuyor. Bu sistemle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n performanslar\u0131n\u0131 adil ve \u015feffaf olarak de\u011ferlendiriyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Birlikte \u00f6\u011frenmekten keyif al\u0131yoruz ve s\u00fcrekli bir araya geliyoruz. \u00d6rne\u011fin, ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz aylarda Serdar Kuzulo\u011flu ve Ali \u0130hsan Varol\u2019un kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131na a\u00e7\u0131k etkinlikler d\u00fczenledik. Bununla birlikte E\u011fitim Enstit\u00fcm\u00fczde ki\u015fisel geli\u015fim, y\u00f6netim, yabanc\u0131 dil ve teknik e\u011fitimlerimiz bulunuyor. Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l 344 bin 705 saatlik e\u011fitim verildi; bu da ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131 46 saate denk geliyor. Bu e\u011fitimlerin %82\u2019si 144 i\u00e7 e\u011fitmenimiz taraf\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Ayr\u0131ca \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7ok geni\u015f bir yelpazede \u00fccretsiz online \u00f6\u011frenme olanaklar\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ilgi alanlar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik aktiviteleri, \u015firket kaynaklar\u0131yla ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma arkada\u015flar\u0131yla birlikte deneyimleyebildikleri 16 sosyal kul\u00fcb\u00fcm\u00fcz var ve her 5 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fandan 1\u2019i bu sosyal kul\u00fcplere \u00fcye. Bu kul\u00fcpler ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l 400 aktivite d\u00fczenledi ve bu aktivitelere toplam 19 bin ki\u015fi kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Oyak Renault olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7ok fazla rotasyon imkan\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz; ortalama 3 y\u0131lda bir hem kendi fonksiyonunda hem de fonksiyonlar aras\u0131 transfer yapabiliyorlar. Son 3 y\u0131lda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n %65\u2019i rotasyon imkan\u0131ndan faydaland\u0131. Bu rotasyonlar\u0131n %50\u2019si b\u00f6l\u00fcmler aras\u0131nda, %30\u2019u fonksiyonlar aras\u0131nda, %20\u2019si de departmanlar aras\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>Beyaz yakal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlarda kritik pozisyonlarda k\u0131sa, orta ve uzun vadede yedekleme planlar\u0131 yap\u0131yoruz. Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131la g\u00f6re \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 sonucumuz %15, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131 ve i\u015f ko\u015fullar\u0131ndan memnuniyet oran\u0131m\u0131z %12 artt\u0131. Bu sonu\u00e7larla Renault Grubu\u2019nun faaliyet g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi \u00fclkeler aras\u0131nda ge\u00e7en y\u0131la g\u00f6re sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 en fazla artt\u0131ran \u00fclke T\u00fcrkiye oldu.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Gelecek d\u00f6nemdeki projeleriniz aras\u0131nda neler var?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Oyak Renault \u0130K olarak Groupe Renault\u2019nun k\u00fcresel stratejilerine paralel bir ajanda takip ediyoruz. Bu ba\u011flamda y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz projeleri 5 ana \u00f6ncelik alt\u0131nda grupland\u0131r\u0131yoruz. Bu \u00f6ncelikler: \u201cS\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir rekabet g\u00fcc\u00fc sa\u011flamak\u201d, \u201cYetene\u011fi \u00e7ekmek ve geli\u015ftirmek\u201d, \u201cY\u00f6neticileri yetkilendirmek ve etkinle\u015ftirmek\u201d, \u201cKapsay\u0131c\u0131 bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr geli\u015ftirmek\u201d ve \u201c\u00c7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak\u201d. Bu \u00f6nceliklerimize ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak 2019\u2019da lanse etti\u011fimiz ve devam eden bir\u00e7ok projemiz oldu.<\/p>\n<p>Gen\u00e7 yetenek programlar\u0131m\u0131z ORVILLE yaz staj program\u0131 ve Twizy Contest\u2019i devreye ald\u0131k. ORVILLE kapsam\u0131nda tersine ment\u00f6rl\u00fck, rotasyonel stajyerlik gibi programlar\u0131 dahil ettik ve stajyer say\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 da iki kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kartt\u0131k. Yine bir di\u011fer gen\u00e7 yetenek program\u0131m\u0131z olan Twizy Contest\u2019te \u00fcniversite \u00f6\u011frencilerinin gelece\u011fin mobilite problemlerinin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcnde yar\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir program d\u00fczenledik.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u00f6neticilerimizi yetkilendirmek i\u00e7in ORkestra ad\u0131n\u0131 verdi\u011fimiz entegre geli\u015fim program\u0131yla birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 seminer, ment\u00f6rl\u00fck programlar\u0131 ve \u015firket i\u00e7i projeler gibi aktivitelerle birlikte geli\u015fimlerini izliyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015f ya\u015fam\u0131nda cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fini \u00f6nemsiyoruz ve kad\u0131n-erkek dengesini sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in ad\u0131mlar at\u0131yoruz. Women@Renault olu\u015fumu alt\u0131nda \u00e7e\u015fitli seminerler, e\u011fitimler ve organizasyonlar d\u00fczenliyoruz. Bu ba\u011flamda \u00fcniversite \u00f6\u011frencileriyle birlikte Womentoring@Campus projesini ba\u015flatt\u0131k. Womentoring@Campus kapsam\u0131nda 15 kad\u0131n m\u00fchendis aday\u0131yla 15 kad\u0131n y\u00f6neticimizi e\u015fle\u015ftirdik.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca i\u015fe al\u0131m ve i\u015fe yeni ba\u015flayanlar i\u00e7in adaptasyon s\u00fcre\u00e7lerimizi dijitalle\u015ftirme s\u00fcrecimiz bulunuyor.
