Ayn\u0131 \u00f6rnekten yola \u00e7\u0131kacak olursak; e\u011fitim uzman\u0131 pozisyonundaki birinin e\u011fitim departman sorumlusu pozisyonunda g\u00f6rev alabilmesi i\u00e7in mevcut yetkinliklerine ek olarak kendisinden edinmesi beklenen yetkinliklerin ortaya koyulmas\u0131 gerekir.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcm bu ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131n kurulmas\u0131n\u0131n, her pozisyon i\u00e7in edinilmesi gereken yetkinliklerin belirlenmesinin ard\u0131ndan, bunun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara nas\u0131l bildirilece\u011fi konusunda \u00e7e\u015fitli uygulamalar vard\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin; baz\u0131 kurumlar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na direkt yaz\u0131l\u0131 bilgilendirme yaparken, baz\u0131 kurumlar da bir kariyer a\u011fac\u0131 e\u015fli\u011finde bilgilendirme yapmay\u0131 tercih ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu yap\u0131n\u0131n pratikte uygulanmas\u0131 da genellikle \u015f\u00f6yle olmaktad\u0131r: Kurum i\u00e7i bir pozisyon bo\u015fald\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 pozisyonlarda g\u00f6rev alan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara yaz\u0131l\u0131 bilgilendirme yap\u0131larak g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeye davet edilirler. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlardan s\u00f6z konusu pozisyonla ilgilenenler g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelere girer ve en uygun aday de\u011ferlendirilerek g\u00f6revlendirme yap\u0131l\u0131r. Di\u011fer adaylarla ise kurumsal ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 olumsuz etkilemeyecek \u015fekilde mutlaka yap\u0131c\u0131 bir geri bildirim g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmesi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilir.
