Son y\u0131llardaki insan kaynaklar\u0131 trendlerine bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda &#8220;\u0130nsan analiti\u011fi&#8221; kavram\u0131 \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. \u0130K dan\u0131\u015fman\u0131 ve e\u011fitmen Hakan Selahi, \u0130K alan\u0131ndaki yeni yakla\u015f\u0131mlara dair g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini bu yaz\u0131m\u0131zda payla\u015ft\u0131.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Yapay zeka ve \u0130K<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Merak etmeyin, robotlar veya yapay zeka b\u00fct\u00fcn i\u015fleri elimizden alamayacak. Tarih bize 1800\u2019l\u00fc y\u0131llarda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen sanayi devriminde, kaybedilenden daha fazla i\u015f imkan\u0131 do\u011fdu\u011funu g\u00f6sterdi. Tabii bunda \u201c\u00c7al\u0131\u015fan deneyimi\u201d, \u201c\u0130\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fc planlamas\u0131\u201d ve \u201cAnalitik tabanl\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnler geli\u015ftirme\u201d gibi \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin ve sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n etkisi \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck.
