(BEDA\u015e), T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en b\u00fcy\u00fck da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015firketi ve %13\u2019l\u00fck pazar pay\u0131yla sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn amiral gemisi konumunda bulunuyor. Toplamda 15 i\u015fletmesi ve y\u00fcklenicilerle birlikte 4500 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131yla faaliyet g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2- Firman\u0131zda \u0130K departman\u0131 hangi s\u00fcre\u00e7leri y\u00f6netiyor?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130nsan kaynaklar\u0131 olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n; yetenek y\u00f6netimi, yetenek kazan\u0131m\u0131, i\u015fe al\u0131m, e\u011fitim\/geli\u015fim, kariyer planlama, bordro ve \u00f6zl\u00fck, i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi, kalite y\u00f6netim sistemleri, idari i\u015fler gibi s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini y\u00f6netiyoruz. Ayr\u0131ca i\u015fveren markas\u0131, \u00fcniversite i\u015f birlikleri, organizasyonel geli\u015fim ve d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm projeleri gibi alanlardan da sorumluyuz. 2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak potansiyel yeteneklerimizi belirlemek ve geli\u015ftirmek \u00fczerine odakland\u0131k. Bu bizim \u015fu an da en \u00f6nemli g\u00fcndem konular\u0131m\u0131zdan biri.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3- Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcze \u00f6zel adaylar\u0131 se\u00e7erken hangi niteliklere \u00f6nem veriyorsunuz?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>BEDA\u015e, kamu kurumundan \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6re ge\u00e7i\u015fte de\u011fi\u015fimi ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 \u015fekilde y\u00f6netti\u011fi bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 ge\u00e7irdi ve ayn\u0131 zamanda farkl\u0131 i\u015f yap\u0131\u015f \u015fekillerini benimseyerek k\u00f6klerinden yeniden do\u011fdu. Bu nedenle hem de\u011fi\u015fim k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn hem de bu ge\u00e7i\u015fin bir getirisi olarak x, y ve hatta art\u0131k z ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bir arada \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 esnek insan kayna\u011f\u0131ndan kendine \u00f6zg\u00fc bir kurum k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. BEDA\u015e insan kaynaklar\u0131 departman\u0131 olarak \u00f6nceli\u011fimiz bu kurum k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne uyum, yakalad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bu sinerjiye de katk\u0131 sa\u011flayacak arkada\u015flar\u0131n b\u00fcnyemize kat\u0131lmas\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Se\u00e7me yerle\u015ftirme s\u00fcre\u00e7lerimizde arad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z kriterleri biraz a\u00e7mak gerekirse \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yleyebilirim;<\/p>\n<p>Sekt\u00f6rel olarak son t\u00fcketicinin ya\u015fam gereksinimlerinden biri olarak elektri\u011fin da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131nda \u015firketimizin t\u00fcm fonksiyonlar\u0131 ciddi roller \u00fcstleniyor. Bu bilin\u00e7le, son t\u00fcketicimize kaliteli ve kesintisiz enerjiyi sunabilmek i\u00e7in hem sahada hem ofiste h\u0131zl\u0131 karar alabilen, stresi iyi y\u00f6netebilen, dinamik arkada\u015flarla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak \u00f6nceliklerimizden biri.<\/p>\n<p>Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra BEDA\u015e olarak teknoloji devrimi ile birlikte trendleri takip ederek, sekt\u00f6r \u00f6nc\u00fcs\u00fc olmak i\u00e7in ak\u0131ll\u0131 saya\u00e7lardan ar\u0131za ve bak\u0131m y\u00f6netim sistemlerine, m\u00fc\u015fteri s\u00fcre\u00e7leri ile ilgili sistemlerden co\u011frafi bilgi sistemlerine kadar \u00e7e\u015fitli yat\u0131r\u0131mlar yap\u0131yoruz. Bu konudaki ba\u015far\u0131m\u0131z t\u00fcm bu yeni teknolojilere ve de\u011fi\u015fen m\u00fc\u015fteri beklentilerine adapte olan insan kayna\u011f\u0131m\u0131zdan ge\u00e7iyor. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla geli\u015fimin s\u00fcrekli oldu\u011fu bir sekt\u00f6rde de\u011fi\u015fim k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc benimsemi\u015f, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm odakl\u0131, kendini s\u00fcrekli geli\u015ftiren ve i\u015finde lider olan arkada\u015flar\u0131 b\u00fcnyemize katmak i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130nsan kaynaklar\u0131 departman\u0131 olarak bizler, bireyin performans\u0131n\u0131n ortak ba\u015far\u0131daki tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131z etkisinin bilinciyle, BEDA\u015e kurum k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne uygun arkada\u015flar\u0131 se\u00e7mek, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 istenen seviyeye ta\u015f\u0131mak ve bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn s\u00fcreklili\u011fini sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n temelini olu\u015fturacak &#8220;Yetkinlik modellememizi&#8221; hayata ge\u00e7irdik. Yetkinlik modelimizde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131zdan beklentilerimiz, kariyer yollar\u0131ndaki geli\u015fim alanlar\u0131, i\u015fe ve organizasyona uyum fakt\u00f6rleri gibi bir\u00e7ok tan\u0131mlamaya yer verdik.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4- \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131za y\u00f6nelik motivasyon uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 anlat\u0131r m\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z? \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in neler yap\u0131yorsunuz?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kurum k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcz do\u011frultusunda \u015feffaf, adaletli bir yap\u0131da t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131za e\u015fit bir mesafede de\u011ferlendirmeler yapmak, onlara e\u011fitim ve geli\u015fim f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 sunarak kariyer yollar\u0131 a\u00e7mak ve geri bildirimlerle t\u00fcm bu s\u00fcre\u00e7leri destekleyerek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan y\u00f6netici ileti\u015fimini dinamik tutmak \u00f6nceli\u011fimiz.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zellikle benimsedi\u011fimiz \u015feffaf ve adaletli y\u00f6netim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n g\u00fcvencesi rol\u00fcn\u00fc ta\u015f\u0131yor. BEDA\u015e olarak son y\u0131llarda g\u00fc\u00e7lendirdi\u011fimiz performans y\u00f6netimi sistemimiz, y\u00f6netici \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan aras\u0131nda mutab\u0131k kal\u0131narak belirlenen KPI\u2019lar, i\u015f \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131, raporlar ve geri bildirim g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeleriyle desteklenerek sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir s\u00fcrece d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. B\u00f6ylece \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclebilir bir sistemle de\u011ferlendiriliyor ve belirlenen hedeflerde y\u00fcksek performans\u0131n net bir \u015fekilde g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor olmas\u0131, i\u015f motivasyonlar\u0131na yans\u0131yarak verimlili\u011fin ve ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n artmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>BEDA\u015e\u2019ta en \u00f6nem verdi\u011fimiz konulardan bir di\u011feri ise geri bildirim k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc. Bu k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn t\u00fcm \u015firket i\u00e7i kademelere yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z takdir ve \u00f6d\u00fcllendirme projemizle hem ofis hem saha \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 farkl\u0131 kategorilerde de\u011ferlendirerek \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yor, di\u011fer ekip arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 da te\u015fvik ederek ba\u015far\u0131ya motive ediyoruz. Bu proje anl\u0131k \u00f6d\u00fcllendirme s\u00fcrecinden \u0130SG kurallar\u0131na uyumlulu\u011fa, fark yaratan fikirlerden yenilik\u00e7i projelere kadar birden \u00e7ok alanda y\u0131l i\u00e7inde \u00e7e\u015fitli de\u011ferlendirmelerle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 \u00f6d\u00fcllendiriyor ve onlar\u0131 \u00f6nemsedi\u011fimizi hissettiriyoruz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5- Gelecek d\u00f6nemdeki projeleriniz aras\u0131nda neler var?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fczdeki en \u00f6nemli konulardan biri uzman ve nitelikli i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn yeterli olmay\u0131\u015f\u0131. Bu noktada e\u011fitim sisteminin hen\u00fcz beklenen seviyeye ula\u015famamas\u0131 ve enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki beklentilerle uyumlu olmamas\u0131 piyasadaki yetene\u011fi \u00e7ekme ve elde tutabilme gibi konularda bizlere birtak\u0131m zorluklar ya\u015fat\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>BEDA\u015e olarak bu durumdan yola \u00e7\u0131karak sekt\u00f6rde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak isteyen arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in iki \u00f6nemli program hayata ge\u00e7irdik. Bu programlar\u0131m\u0131zdan ilki sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn nitelikli ve e\u011fitimli teknisyen ve tekniker ihtiyac\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k vermek, teoride kalan e\u011fitim s\u00fcrecini prati\u011fe d\u00f6kmek amac\u0131yla uygulamaya ge\u00e7irdi\u011fimiz <strong>&#8220;Enerjinin Y\u0131ld\u0131zlar\u0131&#8221;<\/strong> projesi. MEB ile imzalad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z protokol \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde se\u00e7ilen pilot mesleki teknik lisede Y\u00fcksek Gerilim B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131na sponsor olduk ve laboratuvar kurduk. Bu program\u0131n t\u00fcm s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini, m\u00fcfredat\u0131na katk\u0131da bulunarak burs ve staj imkanlar\u0131yla takip ediyor ve program\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015fmesi i\u00e7in yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131za devam ediyoruz. Ayn\u0131 zamanda mezun olan \u00f6\u011frencilerimize BEDA\u015e b\u00fcnyesinde i\u015f imkan\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz. Sadece \u0130stanbul\u2019da de\u011fil, CK Enerji\u2019nin di\u011fer yat\u0131r\u0131m b\u00f6lgelerinde de &#8220;Enerjinin Y\u0131ld\u0131zlar\u0131&#8221; program\u0131n\u0131 h\u0131zla hayata ge\u00e7iriyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130kinci program\u0131m\u0131zda \u00fcniversiteden mezun olacak \u00f6\u011frenciler i\u00e7in Yar\u0131 Zamanl\u0131 M\u00fchendislik Program\u0131. \u00dcniversite i\u015f birlikleriyle y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz, B Tak\u0131m\u0131 ad\u0131n\u0131 verdi\u011fimiz program\u0131m\u0131zla BEDA\u015e\u2019\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma prensibini benimseyecek, i\u015f performans\u0131na katk\u0131da bulunacak ve bunu s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir k\u0131lacak son s\u0131n\u0131f Elektrik ve Elektrik- Elektronik M\u00fchendislerine kariyer f\u0131rsat\u0131 sunuyoruz. \u00d6\u011frencileri, i\u015fi \u00f6\u011frenmeleri ve i\u015fe uyumluluk s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini yerinde deneyimleyerek kariyer planlamas\u0131 yapabilmeleri i\u00e7in geli\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz yerinde \u00f6\u011frenme metotlar\u0131yla 6 ayl\u0131k bir programa dahil ediyoruz. Ard\u0131ndan programa kat\u0131lan \u00f6\u011frencilerimizi mezuniyetleriyle beraber uygun oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz pozisyonlarda b\u00fcnyemizde de\u011ferlendiriyoruz. Yeni mezun m\u00fchendis al\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n neredeyse tamam\u0131n\u0131 bu program \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Hayata ge\u00e7irdi\u011fimiz iki program\u0131m\u0131zla hem sekt\u00f6re i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fc yeti\u015ftiriyor hem de insan kaynaklar\u0131 alan\u0131nda \u015firketimize yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131yoruz. Ba\u015far\u0131ya ula\u015fan bu iki program\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilirli\u011fi bizim i\u00e7in olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli ve \u00f6ncelikli.<\/p>\n<p>Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 hedefleyen k\u0131z \u00f6\u011frencilerimiz i\u00e7in de <strong>&#8220;Gelece\u011fin Parlayan Y\u0131ld\u0131zlar\u0131&#8221;<\/strong> mentorluk program\u0131n\u0131 2019-2020 e\u011fitim d\u00f6neminde uygulamaya koyduk. Sponsoru oldu\u011fumuz lisenin Y\u00fcksek Gerilim B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc\u2019nde okuyan k\u0131z \u00f6\u011frencilerimizle, \u015firketimizin y\u00f6netici kademesinde yer alan kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 bir araya getiriyoruz. \u00d6zellikle y\u00fcksek gerilim gibi erkek egemen bir b\u00f6l\u00fcmde okuyan k\u0131z \u00f6\u011frencilerimize sekt\u00f6rde neler yapabilecekleri, hedeflerini nas\u0131l \u015fekillendirebilecekleri, kimleri rol model alabilecekleri gibi konularda titizlikle ve detayl\u0131ca haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f mentorluk program\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015flatt\u0131k. Bu program\u0131, gelecek d\u00f6nemde b\u00fcnyemizde staj yapan t\u00fcm k\u0131z \u00f6\u011frencilerimize yayarak geni\u015fletmeyi planl\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcm bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra son 2 ayd\u0131r koronavir\u00fcs salg\u0131n\u0131 nedeniyle de\u011fi\u015fen g\u00fcndem, di\u011fer t\u00fcm \u015firketlerde oldu\u011fu gibi BEDA\u015e\u2019ta da farkl\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131, planlar\u0131 ve s\u00fcre\u00e7leri devreye almam\u0131za sebep oldu. \u0130nsan kaynaklar\u0131 departman\u0131 olarak bu s\u00fcrecin bizlere en \u00f6nemli katk\u0131s\u0131, ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fti\u011fi bu dinamik ortamda, duruma uygun uygulamalar\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7irebilme konusunda \u00e7evikli\u011fimizi test etmek oldu. B\u00f6yle bir d\u00f6nemde \u015feffaf bir y\u00f6netim \u015fekli benimseyerek, sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00f6ncelik oldu\u011funu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131za hissettirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Di\u011fer taraftan elektrik da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcreklili\u011fini sa\u011flayan ekiplerimizin ise i\u015f devaml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayabilmek i\u00e7in do\u011fru bir planlama yapmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz.
