International Payroll Specialist

We are currently looking to add a dynamic, analytic, constant and highly motivated “International Payroll Specialist” to our team in İstanbul, in order to manage international payroll & visa operations align with the needs of our clients.

• Bachelor degree or above preferably in Business Administration,  Economics or Accounting/Finance,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in payrolling,
• Detail and result oriented personality with strong planning and analytical skills,
• Customer and service orientated with strong communication skills,
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications is a must,
• Good command of English, both written and spoken,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Candidates living in Asian part are preferred.

İŞ TANIMI

• Searching local partners (suppliers) for payrolling and visa services in new markets when requiered. Managing negotiations and closing deals.
• Partner & client & employee management for international payroll projects and visa applications,
• Meticulous follow up of suppliers for monthly salary calculations, expense management and other employee requests, ensuring tasks are completed and employees are paid on time.
• Ensuring payroll activities are in line with local labor law of each country and the company procedures,
• Following up suppliers for visa processes and informing clients about the situation periodically.
• Invoice tracking, bookkeeping.
• Performing reporting activities.
