General

Hours are adjusted on an as needed basis but if required to meet your job descriptions objectives your hours can and will adjusted to meet the situation. Hours of work may be revised in the future to support production efficiencies

Experience and Education

• 3-5 years of quality assurance experience
• Bachelor’s degree in quality assurance, engineering or related field

Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, both orally and written, at all levels of an organization.
• Ability to work independently, as well as within a team
• Strong technical skills required.
• Ability to communicate confidently and solve problems effectively

Job Description

• Experience working in the quality area for an organization certified to ISO 9001 standard
• Creation, follow-up, closure and analysis of non-conformity reports (NCR)
• Preparation of customer quality reports
• Checking the conformity of material certificates to customer specifications
• Draft, edit, revise and update as necessary all documents associated with the Quality System, Quality Manual
• Ensure that processes needed for the Quality System are established, implemented and maintained.
• Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance system development and implementation on ISO 9001
• To follow and have Calibration Plan of measuring devices and equipments
