  • University degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or a related field,
  • Minimum 10 years of previous background and management experience in Finance Department in similar position,
  • Finance leader experience in  a multinational company.  Big picture thinker; global mindset,
  • CPA licence,     
  • Fluent in written and spoken English,
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint,
  • Experience in ERP systems, preferably in Netsis,
  • Ability to plan, set objectives, measure performance, and provide direction and build a culture of employee involvement at all levels,
  • Result oriented; analytical mind and problem solving skills,
  • Excellent representational and organizational skills,   
  • Excellent leadershipskills and a teamwork mentality,
  • Persistent, structured, organized, ability to coordinate and manage the overall picture as well as the details,
  • Advanced communication, negotiation, collaboration, persuasion and relationship building skills,
  • Motivated and a good team player with positive attitude,
  • Multi-tasking abilities,
  • Experience in MedTech Company is a plus,
  • Previous  manufacturing  accounting  practices  is a plus,
  • Cognos Reporting experience is a  plus,
  • No restriction for travel abroad and domestic,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company,
  • Manage all financial/operational accounting activities including monthly closings, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cash management, costing, budgeting, expense reporting system, tax filings, audits, etc. Maintain required operating records and direct the preparation of financial analysis, statements and audits as required. 
  • Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company,
  • Preparation and presentation of financial reports, information packages, required financial analyses and management reports,
  • Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports,
  • To create and monitor the overseas reports. To enter the budget and actual values into the Global system,
  • Seek out methods for minimising financial risk to the company,
  • Work with outside auditors to ensure all financial statements and activities are in accordance with financial regulations and legislation,
  • To manage the required internal audit processes and prepare necessary information for auditors,
  • To manage and monitor the communication with banks,
  • To create, update and monitor the strategic and operational plans, analyse programs and systems,
  • Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement,
  • Creating financial targets for each department,
  • Monitoring cash flow, costs and expenses and inform the related department responsibles,
  • To check stock movements and stock values coordinately with Logistics and Purchasing department,
  • To check period-end values and evaluate balance sheet and income table,
  • Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes,
  • Working as a member of management team to move forward the visions and objectives of the company,
  • Responsible for understanding and conforming with the Health and Safety Policy to ensure that the significant risks that relate to actual or potential hazards with their work are identified,
  • Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
