SALES QUALITY ENGINEER

• At least 1 year of experience,
• Bachelor’s degree or Master Degree in  Engineering department,
• Good communication skills in English,
• Good command of MS Office applications,
• Team working and customer oriented mindset,
• Military service should be completed for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

This role will be responsible for;

• Technical support and advice for all customers,
• Interface between sales, production and laboratory in technical matters,
• Article master data maintenance,
• Creating quality certificates,
• Handling of faulty reels (blocked storage),
• Carrying out production trials with customers,
• Documentation of customer visits and trials,
• Initiate measurement comparisons with customers,
• Claim handling,
• Create claim statistics,
• Arranging return deliveries with sales agreement,
• Cooperation and coordination of internal trials,
• Processing of technical and ecological requests for the entire product range,
• Conducting mill tours, customer and employee training in quality and product matters,
• Creation of internal and external presentation and training documents,
• Quality benchmark with competitor (product + equipment),
• Maintaining product approvals for environmental safety (certificates),
• Contact with institutes and trade associations ,
• Technical support for Head of Technical Customer Service Hamburger Austria Containerboard.
