Business Development Manager

We are looking for a "Business Development Manager” forleading fashion retail companies Hemington and Knitss  with below qualifications.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Fashion Design
• At least 7 years of experience in business development, sales and marketing on abroad markets for ready-to-wear / fashion industry.
• Proven work experience with showrooms, fairs and sales channels on abroad and having network on these channels.
• Having franchise network in Turkey.
• Strong competency in managing and coaching a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, a second foreign language is a plus.
• Excellent command of MS Office applications
• Strong team worker with collaborative behaviour, analytical thinker, effective in problem solving and solution oriented,
• Strong ability level of planning and organization.
• Very good at interpersonal skills, persuasive with strong communication skills to initiate, negotiate and result driven
• Having no obstacle to travel

 Responsibilities

• Managing all processes of existing projects and / or new projects in line with the company's business development strategies and expansion plans.
• Analysing the competition by doing sector analysis for rival companies and activities in the market; making predictions about the developments in the sector and creating a marketing plan accordingly.
• Leading new project development activities by following different markets, innovations and sectoral developments,
• To conduct preliminary research for targeted sales channels, to analyse opportunities that can be invested, to present them to the management with studies such as feasibility, cost analysis, business plan, financing, resource models…
• Managing the "on-boarding" processes of the targeted new sales channels,
• Managing all sales operations from sales to revenue collection proceeds,
• Establishing, managing and auditing Wholesale and Franchise processes for both domestic and abroad,
• To ensure the continuity of the acquired sales channels and following up, analysing and reporting the KPI,
• To ensure the development of collections suitable for different markets together with the design and product management,
