WHO ARE YOU? 

Global sportswear retail company is looking for an " HR Payroll Specialist "

• Responsible for payroll outsource management, executing all the preparation for payroll by coordination to be able to do payroll in detail. 
• Dominated all contents about labour law.
  
• Following all employee related payments with coordination with third parties and Finance team.
• Labor cost budget preparation based on head count analysis and follow up the budget versus actual by corporation with budget control function. 
• Managing the legal requirements for employee reporting and legal operation of exit employee, labor contracts, implying internal discipline rule for employee. 
• Being the first contact for all employee for related HR issues as key person by serving HR at the upmost level.
  

Qualifications: 

• Graduation from related area such Business Administration, Economy 
• Experience in similar job minimum 3 years 
• English min Upper intermediate 
• Analytical thinking Proactive, strong ability to read the numbers and data understanding
• Advance level excel utilization 
• No military obligation for male candidate
