QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Material Planning and Artwork Management Specialist / Senior Specialist for our “Production Planning & Logistics” Team in our Factory in Topkapı.
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications;
- University degree from a reputable university (Preferably in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial etc.), Natural Sciences (Chemistry, Physics, etc.), or Business Administration).
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar SCM (Supply Chain Management) roles and preferably in pharmaceuticals sector.
- Experience and knowledge about cross-functional processes and project management.
- Strong communication, analytical, planning and organizational skills.
- Deep knowledge on SCM and ERP systems.
- Good knowledge on cGxP Practices.
- Fundamental financial & managerial accounting knowledge.
- Knowledge on lean manufacturing principles is appreciated.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
- Fluent in English.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Driving the operational and tactical purchasing requirements process for all materials to ensure materials availability and execution plan feasibility in accordance with Site inventory policy by utilizing the ERP system.
- Manages material planning and ensures material availability in line with the approved production plan by taking into account both the procurement lead time and quality analysis period. Ensures no Purchase Orders are past due in the ERP System.
- Ensures daily MRP (Material Requirement Plan) oversight for all materials, analysis of requirements and Purchase Orders management.
- Owns, in ERP System, MRP relevant data and materials technical specifications. Evaluates and takes action on daily exception messages of MRP.
- Controls and follows up the supplier’s service level indicators (delivery performances). Leads action plans to achieve supplier delivery performance targets and drive for continuous improvement.
- Ensures compliance with GMP, HSE and regulatory requirements. Manages the process of complaints/returns of the purchased items to suppliers.
- Providing oversight, control and priority management for all activities concerned with the origination and change control of all printed packaging items. Coordinating the efforts of all business functions external and internal (specifically, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial Operations, Supply Chain, QA&QC, Outsourced Artwork Service Provider, Contract Manufacturing Organisations, Third Party Logistics Providers) involved in the creation, management and control of printed items in order to plan and provide for appropriate capacity management, job scheduling, prioritisation of activities, consolidation of activities version and effectivity date control.
- Coordinates effective date planning, detailed planning of the various steps in the change process to bring the new product or new version to a “First Lot to Stock” position ensuring minimal product and/or bill of materials obsolescence and no discontinuity of supply.
