QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in related fields,

Minimum 3 years active experience in training, training design, organizational development and experienced in retail sector will be an asset,

Proficiency in MS Office,

A travel lover who can provide face-to-face training to our sales network in different locations continuously :)

Strong organizing, problem solving and analytical thinking skills,

Fluency in English and Turkish,

Excellent written skills: must be able to write a variety of documents, including: proposals, reports, training course outlines and content, written tests/assessments and other documents necessary for training,

Male candidates should have completed the military service requirements.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyzing training needs with HR business partner under the HR Directorate

Preparation and delivery of product groups and sales oriented trainings with related departments

Organization of training organizations

Organising all processes before, during and after the training

Preparation of all documentation related to the trainings (instructor handbook, participant handbooks, follow-up assignments, homework, reports, etc.),

Create and develop a portfolio of trainings and instructors

Follow-up of all trainings related to sales teams, orientation process and preparation of annual training plan
