Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or business administration

·         5 years or more of experience as a financial controller

·         Have advanced knowledge of English,

·         Experienced in team management at least 3 years

·         Possessing new generation leadership skills

·         Big 4 experience is an asset

·         Strong ability to take initiative and make decisions

·         Strong in analysis

·         Open to feedback

·         Able to adapt quickly to change

Responsibilities

·         All of the financial activities of the organization in accordance with the legal regulations and group reporting system; reporting to the CFO, senior management and legal authorities and ensuring and overseeing the execution of the process

·         Responsible for the management and development of the finance team,

·         Ensuring the complete progress of all financial records

·         Ensuring that the interim financial performance report of the company is analyzed and prepared in line with the relevant agreements with the relevant department managers at certain intervals and reporting it globally with the approval of the senior management (creating the report in line with the analyzes coming from the department managers),

·         Following the process in order to ensure the accuracy of the financial data coming from the operation,

·         Ensuring that periodic and ad-hoc financial reports are prepared in a complete and timely manner and reporting them to the senior management,

·         By making use of Internal Financial Report data, in line with International Reporting Standards (IFRS); for group finance; ensuring the preparation of the External Financial Report,

·         Verbal preparation and monthly interpretation of all reported Financial Performance reports,

·         In line with cost elements and budget planning; Controlling and analyzing cost optimization,

·         Playing an active role for the healthy execution of all financial audit processes.
