General Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in related area

·       7 years or more of experience in Human Resources

·       Worked as HRBP for 2 years or more

·       Have advanced knowledge of English

·       Experienced in Performance Management, Evaluation Center and Strategy Determination processes

·       Able to work as a team player progress with a cooperation perspective

·       Able to work with solution and goal oriented

·       Taking initiative and decision making skills

·       Have a customer-oriented service approach

·       Progressing with a detail-oriented perspective

·       Open to feedback

·       Adaptable to change quickly

Job Description:

To support and follow the process of determining HR goals and strategies in line with the company's strategy and vision,

• Preparing documents related to HR strategy and vision studies to present both internally and globally,

• To disseminate the strategy and vision setting culture within the organization, to identify the necessary actions, to support them with training & development tools,

• To make short and long-term manpower planning for the departments that the company is responsible for, in line with the budget and norm staff,

• Leading the HR business development process in new projects and commissioning,

• To support both parties in line with HR processes and policies in order to create strong bonds between employees and managers,

• Supporting managers and employees in Performance & Career & Talent Management processes,

• Guiding managers by holding calibration meetings during the performance evaluation process,

• Conducting face-to-face / online meetings with all employees at least once a year, coaching and guiding,

• To get together with the employees included in Talent Management every 6 months to support them and to get their opinions and suggestions,

• To ensure that the Human Resources practices (internal communication activities, performance, talent, succession, rewarding, etc.) are understood by the employees, and to make suggestions for their improvement,

• Managing internal advertisements, conducting interviews and closing open positions during promotion and appointment processes,

• Conducting interviews and reporting during the leaving process.
