Candidates are expected to have the following qualifications and skills;

• University Degree (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade)
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Set
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast working environment

Foreign Trade Responsible will be responsible for;

• Follow up the shipment of all required materials for the manufacturing at Istanbul site from the logistics centers, plants and 3rd party suppliers to assure supply continuity
• Follow up the export operations for the exported goods, samples and machinery
• Follow up the Customs clearance operations of subject materials in cooperation with the customs brokers
• Ensure all transactions to be compliant with the local customs rules & regulations and internal procedures
• Follow up the regulation changes and apply properly
• Oversee the process of import and export permit/ exemption certificate submissions to the Ministry of Health and all other related government authorities
• Liaise with planning, technical regulatory and quality operations and finance teams on new product launches & source changes
• Prepare quarterly import & export reports
• Prepare monthly KPI reports for customs brokers
