Are you interested in working for a multinational organisation in the pharmaceutical sector? We are looking for a talented individual to work with our Global Operations Services Team at Pfizer as a Service Transition Project Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates are expected to have the following qualifications and skills:

• Strong and proven project management skills; experience in above-market project planning ideal but not necessary.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and timeframes in a complex, sometimes ambiguous organisational structure.

• Prioritization and attention to detail while reaching alignment with internal business stakeholders on deliverables.

• Ability to consult and partner with colleagues and identify effective solutions (including process standardisation and automation) to defined needs.

• Self-motivated; a hhigh level of independent and service-oriented working attitude is key.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven strong analytical and quantitative skills. Ability to work with metrics and KPIs to evaluate and optimise performance.

• Understanding of cultural differences and desire to work in a multicultural environment.

• Fluency in both written and verbal English.

• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.

• Experience working in a regional or global environment preferred .

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Transition end to end project management; create and maintain project plans and timelines, and including tracking methodologies to ensure dependencies are established, risks identified and mitigated, deadlines met and issues escalated and navigated. Provide weekly updates on the above for real-time transitions.

• Oversee transition knowledge transfer, work instruction development and parallel working activities to ensure smooth handover and minimize risks to in-market business continuity.

• Establish and maintain a reporting framework to demonstrate transition effectiveness in terms of project deliverables; performance and quality metrics.

• Support change management activities to ensure effective, on-time and value-add transition activities.

• Project point of contact for GOSC and in-market GCO colleagues involved in planned and on-going transition activities.

• Under the leadership of the Service Transition Lead, working with the GOSC Transition Lead, GOSC colleagues and the GOS LT to manage quality and on-time project delivery with a focus on process excellence.

• In collaboration with the Service Transition Lead, identify and plan for future transition opportunities.

• Inputting to the evolution of the Transition support design: defining frameworks, metrics and reporting through transition learnings, challenges and best practice.

• Input to the continuous improvement framework to evolve future transition delivery model using learnings from transition activities and best practice.

• Vendor oversight and working effectively with external partners as appropriate.
