GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

In a global organization named Global Commercial Operations, the Sales Force Effectiveness Operations Manager (SFE) joins a sales and marketing support team from Pfizer France. This team provides the necessary solutions and support for the operations of Pfizer's business units. This team is formed of 18 people are divided into 5 areas: Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales Force Training, Meeting and Event, Digital Operations and commercial compliance. The SFE Operations Manager will work closely with SFE Senior Managers, responsible for internal customer relationships, for all Business Units (BUs) in France. The SFE Operations Manager guarantees the respect and the implementation of the calculation rules of the field forces bonus (variable remuneration based on performance indicators, etc.). He must also ensure that the data provided to the BUs is consistent and accurate. And that the tools and systems used by the sales force are adapted and correctly updated. From these tools, systems and internal/external data, the SFE Operations Manager creates and maintains adhoc & standards reports that meet the Business needs that have been identified and formalized by Senior Managers. The SFE manager is also involved in key Business strategic project like Segmentation & targeting, Sales force structure, … The SFE Operations Manager may occasionally work with colleagues based around the world, particularly in Europe, to discuss existing best practices or to solve certain problems related to tools and systems. The SFE Operation manager will be part of a team of 3 Senior SFE managed based in Paris and 3 SFE Operations manager with 2 person located in France and 1 in Mosco (Russia). 


Responsibilities:
 • The SFE Operations Manager works daily with SFE Senior Managers to support BUs in the implementation of their operational strategy and tactics 
• Manage tools and systems, including maintaining and updating the CRM tool, auditing sales and sales force databases. He /she is in charge of solving problems with the technical teams. 
• Develop and update dashboards to enable monitoring of national and territory performance (prescriptions, sales, activity ...).
 • Assists the Senior Managers in the development of the different incentive schemes for Field force (perform simulations, extrapolation, …) 
• Calculate the variable remuneration of the sales force and share the calculated results to the FF colleagues via dedicated tools. 
• Run with senior SFE managers, segmentation & targeting exercises as well as Territory alignment projects (health care professionals) 
• Integrate the customers’ segmentation and targeting data, as well as territory alignment data into our regional tools so that the sales force can performed their activity. 
• Participate in regional projects and can be a referent for France. 
• Collaborate with the other GCO France teams on transversal projects. 
• Occasionally works in partnership with other Pfizer functions such as IT, Legal, Finance and HR. 
• Work on continuous improvement of SFE processes. 
• All of these missions must be conducted in accordance with the pharmaceutical regulations, the medical visit chart and the overall strategy and values of the company. 

Qualifications 
• Bachelor’s degree required. Preferably in mathematics or statistics. 
• Experience in highly recommended business effectiveness analysis and knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus 
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, knowledge of other reporting tools like Business Objects, Tableau Software is required 
• Strong analytical capacity, rigor and structure 
• Ability to work in a team 
• Listening skills, oral and written communication 
• Professional English, Turkish and French highly desired
