Title: Sales and Marketing Services (SMS) Operations Specialist (Contractor)


QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates are expected to have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Mathematics from a reputable university
  • MBA would be an asset
  • Passion for problem-solving; curiosity for challenging problems, enthusiasm to data science
  • Affinity to Data Crunching, Data Visualization, Insight Gathering from Data
  • Experience in project, customer and deadline management
  • Willingness and potential for learning and development
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English as well as local language
  • High level of comfort with MS Office Set; Excel and reporting tools experience
  • Conducting analyses using analytical tools, synthesizing and presenting insights in PowerPoint is an integral part of the work


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Design and build meaningful trend reports for global and national sales meetings and weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, ensuring a high level of accuracy and integrity
  • Compile data and present findings to senior leadership and other managers using excel pivot tables and PowerPoint presentations
  • Take active part in projects and processes to deliver business solutions to increase field force effectiveness and impact
  • Drive field force structure and size, resource allocation and territory alignment decisions using analysis
  • Act as a specialist to sales management in order to increase field force performance by developing and supporting incentive compensation
  • Cooperate with sales management for performance tracking, by providing reports and insights
  • Drive field force performance by incentive compensation tools and reports
  • Manage company CRM system (Veeva) operations
  • Liaise and partner with appropriate local/regional cross-functional teams to improve productivity and efficiencies and share best practice
  • Meticulously review existing processes and re-launch their adoption; adapting and improving as necessary
  • Build new solutions to automate data processes and procedures
