• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Min 5 years procurement and materials planning project management experience preferably in energy /mine /construction companies
• Experience in contract preparation and contact management in investment project
• Fluency in English
• SAP-MM knowledge is preferable
• Experience in logistic processes, abroad procurement activities and incentivized purchasing
• Custom clearance activities, insurance mechanisms and knowledge about incoterms (FOB,CIF, etc.) structure is preferable

İŞ TANIMI

• Contribute to the entire process in the planning of purchasing and supply activities, stok control, logistics and warehouse, ensuring effectively-functioning processes to avoid costly delays and lost opportunities
• To ensure priority requirements, timely delivery of goods, works and services using the most appropriate procurement procedures
• Maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers that provide critical services to the thermal power plant and underground lignite mine both in project and in operation phases
• Coordinating contract and claim processes with project/operation, procurement, technical and legal teams, custom activates, incentive mechanisms
• Maintain and monitor all transactional procurement including tendering processes, evaluation, contracting, contract management, legal considerations and payment conditions, contractors, performance evaluation and risk assessment
• Develop and manage the rosters of suppliers, elaborate supplier selection and evaluation, quality and performance measurement mechanisms
• Ensure full compliance of procurement activities with the relevant company directives and administrative instructions
• Prepare regular procurement plans and progress reports
