Position Title: Commercial Perf.And Business Analytics Manager
Location: Istanbul, Turkey

Key responsibilities:
Will be the Single point of accountability and LT member for Turkey, and member of the METL
Commercial Excellence team, responsible for:
1- Support the development of data availability at country level, data lake for the self-usage of
country, regional and segment organizations such as Sales Excellence, Field Force Automation,
Key Brand (GKB) team, biosimilars team, Omnichannel Team, and Segment analytics teams.
2- Build-up Viatris unique process of reporting and analytics to support Global Key Brand, which
includes:
o Develop and manage the process of Reporting and Analysis to support the Global Key
Brand Managers across all high-value global brands, biosimilars, therapeutic areas and
other strategic products.
o Create Therapeutic Area reporting, Market Segment reporting, and other pharmaceutical
industry reporting packages to support high level decision making within Turkey/METL
Organization.
o Perform Market Research when requested to support Marketing, Medical, Market
Access, Business Development, R&D, Portfolio, and other related functions.
o Support the business intelligence analysis for commercial organization.
3- Develop and Manage standard dashboards and performance tracking reports/tools to assist
Selling and Marketing organizations’ ability to answer key business questions to help enable
sound business decisions
4- Keep abreast of the latest thinking and the best methodology pertaining to pharma industry
analytics and analytics organizations.
5- Assist the development of the Omni-Channel Marketing Analytics by supporting data gathering
from identified data sources and helping design tools for automation of analytic and models for
insight generation.
6- Assist the automation of Sales Excellence analytics by partnering with the function to document
and implement their analytical need.
7- Build and maintain strong relationships with country, segment & Regional Selling and Marketing
departments.
8- Perform other Ad Hoc analytic requests from other functions.
9- Support Regional (METL) projects, Analytics tools and creating regional views, recommendations
and strategies
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Science related or Similar
• 3+ years, Experience at the managerial level in the pharmaceutical industry with a strong
• Commercial, Business
• Project Management Experience
• Fluent in English & Turkish
