Position Summary

Reporting to the Engineering Manager in the Engineering Department, and working with the IMEx Team the candidate will have following responsibilities:

Job Description

·       Supporting engineering activities in terms of TPM in production and packaging lines

·       Supporting production lines effectiveness

·       Supporting documentation and data integrity activities

·       Supporting root cause analysis for elimination of repeat performance issues /occurrences

·       Supporting IMEx TPM ecosystem project implementation (role cards, standard work, etc)

·       Supporting CI implementation, responsible for CI board, working with different team leaders

Qualifications

·       Bachelor of Science / Master of Science or higher qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline

·       Experience in a Pharmaceutical company is an asset

·       Experience with ContinuousImprovementtools, 6-sigma Method 2 knowledge is an asset

·       Solid knowledge of cGMP requirements in the pharmaceutical environment

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Turkish and English, and able to work in a matrix environment

·       Strong evidence of problem-solving/trouble-shooting skills

·       Strong analytical skills, good relationship management and change agility

·       Good project management & follow-up

·       Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and adhere to tight deadlines
