Job Description

Viatris targets to continuously enhance its omnichannel ecosystem and we need team members who will govern these channels including, but not limited to, Portal for Health Care Professionals, e-mail marketing platform and Data Hub for profile and consent records, ensuring business continuity and continuous improvement of service model and processes.

The Omnichannel Operations Manager will be hired by Viatris Turkey and will work as a member of the global Omnichannel Enablement Organization.

Omnichannel Operations Manager will be expected to act as a bridge between global and local functions, business and IT teams and be the single point of contact for all global Omnichannel Operations related inquiries for both issues and change requests, maintaining operational excellence and strong alignment between teams.

Omnichannel Operations Manager is also expected to support market readiness in new channel implementations. 

Main Responsibilities

·      Governance and project management for omnichannel initiatives and end-to-end global Omnichannel Operations

·      Ensure market readiness for global-to-local rollouts and building the various capabilities in time for operational excellence

·      Provide guidance on operational execution of all omnichannel initiatives at a global level and provide service to the countries according to support model

·      Operational excellence in all tasks, quick and accurate responses in providing responses/solutions to countries

·      Proactive approach in eliminating issues and mitigating risks related to channels ongoing operations and new implementations

·       Identify specific market needs and challenges for various by collaborating with key stakeholders and mapping them to global solutions.

·       Support data alignment processes, where needed.

Candidates are expected to have the following qualifications and skills:

·      Graduates from reputable universities with a related bachelor’s degree (preferably Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or an MBA degree from a reputable university in Turkey or abroad)

·       Excellent command of both written and spoken English

·      Experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company in a similar position is of preference

·       Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage people and foster teamwork

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills

·       Being self-motivated, acting decisively, taking initiative

·       Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Set

·       Strong project and change management skills

·       Experience on web portals, e-mail marketing channels is preferred

·       No travel restrictions
