QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for passionate junior sales responsible to join our sales team, focusing on selling software products and implementation services.

The location for the sales team is our Head Ofiice in Feneryolu/Kadıköy.

The successful sales responsible is a self-motivated team player who excels at cultivating executive-level, strategic relationships while developing new business.

He/she is responsible and accountable for growth, value, strategy, and satisfaction among a small number of elite clients and accomplishes those objectives through relationship management, cross-selling, innovation and thought.

He/she understands client needs, mobilizes necessary resources and proposes "Innovative and disruptive" strategies to the customer base.

The sales responsible shall report to the Sales Manager.


Key Responsibilities:


• Developing and closing opportunities in new accounts

• Developing and closing upsell & cross-sell opportunities in existing accounts

• Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with both technical and non-technical stake holders.

• Providing feedback to improve the sales process.

• Co-ordinate activity & technical resources on tactical basis where their input is required.

• Gather market information including competitor activity, and report to management line.

• Candidates must be high-energy individuals with a focus on generating as much face time with customers as possible.

• Candidates should have a proven ability to self-manage and prioritize work based on opportunity.

 

Required:

• Degree from a 4-year University

• Driving license (B)

• Excellence in oral and written communications in English
