Eğitim sektörünün önde gelen kurumlarından olan Okulumuz'un Küçükçekmece ve Fatih Kampüsleri için ilgili kanun ve yönetmelikler çerçevesinde;
Kurumun stratejik hedeflerine uygun olarak gelişim ve yenilik odaklı, takım çalışmasına ve katılımcı yönetim anlayışına değer veren, öğrenci merkezli eğitim yöntemlerini benimsemiş, birlikte çalışacağı takım üyelerini sürekli gelişim konusunda motivasyonlarını canlı tutabilen, sektörel sertifikasyon süreçlerini bilen, uygulayan ve/veya yönetmiş, Eğitim ile ilgili idealleri ve hedefleri olan, İletişim becerilerini kurum vizyon ve stratejilerine uyumlu olarak kullanabilen, kurumsal hedef ve stratejilerin aksiyona dönüşmesini sağlayabilecek OKUL MÜDÜR YARDIMCISINA ihtiyacımız bulunmaktadır.
Genel Nitelikler
- Üniversitelerin Eğitim, Fen/Edebiyat Fakültelerinden mezun,
- Tercihen yönetim ve/veya alanıyla ilgili branşlarda Yüksek Lisans yapmış ve Formasyonu olan,
- Özel Okullarda en az 3 yıl yöneticilik deneyimi olan,
- MEB mevzuatı gereği yönetici yeterliliklerine ve atanma kriterlerine sahip (ilk-Orta-Lise),
- MEB Yönetmeliklerine ve ilgili mevzuata hakim ve yasal süreçleri takip edebilecek,
- Kurumun eğitim haricindeki diğer idari işleriyle ilgili koordinasyon ve iletişim yetkinliği olan,
- İngilizce ve Türkçe dillerini iyi seviyede konuşabilen,
- IB hakkında bilgi sahibi olan,
- Bireysel farklılıkları zenginlik görüp uyum sağlayabilen,
- İletişim becerisi yüksek, liderlik özellikleri olan,
- Organizasyon ve planlama yetkinliği olan,
- Kriz yönetimi olup zamanı etkin kullanabilen,
- Kendini geliştirmeye ve yeniliklere açık olan,
- Esnek çalışma ortamına uyum sağlayabilen.

Job Description
Cezeri Bilim ve Teknoloji Okulları is among the leading academic institutions locally offering international education on several campuses in Istanbul, Turkiye, and accredited by the National Council for Private Schools Accreditation (NCPSA), The Turkish Ministry of Education, The Western Australian Schools Curriculum and Standards Authorities (SCSA), and the College Board.
It is in this scope that we are targeting to recruit a Vice Principal who is focused on development and innovation in line with the strategic goals of the institution, values teamwork and participatory management, adopts student-centered educational methods, can keep the motivation of team members up regarding continuous development, can use communication skills in harmony with the vision and strategies of the institution, and can transform corporate goals and strategies into action.
General Qualifications
- Graduated from the Faculties of Education or Science/Literature of universities,
- Preferably has a Master's degree in management and/or related fields and has Pedagogical Formation,
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in private schools,
- Meets the managerial qualifications and appointment criteria required by the Ministry of National Education (primary-secondary-high school),
- Knowledgeable about the regulations and relevant legislation of the Ministry of National Education and able to follow legal processes,
- Has coordination and communication skills related to other administrative tasks of the institution besides education,
- Proficient in both English and Turkish,
- Knowledgeable about IB,
- Sees individual differences as richness and can adapt,
- High communication skills and leadership qualities,
- Competent in organization and planning,
- Experienced in crisis management and effective time management,
- Open to self-development and innovations,
- Able to adapt to a flexible working environment
