Job Summary

• To perform treatments on  guests whilst maintaining the guests comfort at all times. 
• Be on time for appointments and throughly review appointments after completing each treatment. 
• Keep work area clean and neat all times. 
• Follow all Standards and Procedures as taught by SPA Supervisor. 
• To ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the Spa. 
• Assist in the operations off all spa departments as required: Guest Experience, SPA Retail Area, Relaxation Area, Staff Area, Preparation Room. 
• Maintain cleanliness and attention to detail in spa suites throughout shift.  
• To maintain inventory of supplies for the operations of the  treatment room. 
• To attend daily lines-up, weekly and monthly spa meetings. 
• Have the ability to courteously interact and answer all spa and hotel related questions with guests. 
• Perform all treatments to highest standards.  

Competencies

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency on the English and Turkish  language
• Must proses appropriate license in the massage and beauty therapy 
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks. 
• Must work in a safe, prudent and organised manner. 
• Must be a graduate from an accredited school with a massage and face licenses.  
• Must have a commitment to follow all local and corporate  policies and procedures as they relate to the SPA and Hotel. 
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to network with contacts relevant to the SPA.
• Must have technical awareness and knowledge of a wide variety of treatments particularly for the face and body.
