Customer Sales Support Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in engineering field
• 1-3 years of experience in similar industry
• Manufacturing and/or automotive experience preferred
• Good level of excel (formulas and creation of different graph) 
• Engineering Skills (understand the technical drawing)
• Detail Oriented
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and development
• Effective  analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• No travel restrictions
•  No military obligation for male candidates

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle the customer requests on the time with professional manner.
• Support for push the marketing activities.
• Data analyzing for current customer portfolio and products
• Works closely with account managers to serve assigned strategic customer base.
• Coordinates the sample ordering, delivery and customer form requests.
• Organizing the internal activities to answer customer request with the support of other departments of his/her organization (Operation, Quality, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Project Management)
