LEARNING AND TALENT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER 

Learning and Talent Development Manager lead company’s efforts to attract, train, develop and keep the best employees. He/She focuses on designing and implementing programs for leadership development and talent development. He/She works closely with company Leadership Team and Human Resources Director & Human Resources Managers to determine and establish strategic training needs and create strategic solutions for improving key leadership competencies across the entire company. 

 JOB DESCRIPTION 

 • Design and lead key talent management initiatives and processes, including: talent review, assess potential, succession planning, talent analytics, talent pools, top talent/potential initiatives, talent development 

• Ensure high quality, consistent and innovative approaches for developing training and development strategies in a rapidly growing and changing organization. 

• Create training and development strategy and upgrade training&development processes and infrastructure within the framework of the determined strategy. 

• Lead and monitor the cultural change process within the scope of Training& Development and Talent Management strategies 

• Manage and monitor global initiatives (E-PDR, E-Talent Management etc.) effectively in collaboration with Group HR. 

• Establish structured training & development processes covering all employees within the company in order to become a learning organization 

• Ensure the continuous development of Watson’s Academy for the entire company. 

• Design tailor made training and development programs for the employees identified as Talent & High potential within the company and following up individual development plans 

• Design training and development programs within the framework of development areas obtained through performance evaluation and 360 degree feedback results 

• Determine, implement and monitor relevant action plans based on employee engagement survey results regularly 

• Ensure the appropriate tools, technology and learning methods are used for training and create and monitor KPI’s to measure the success of the training. 

• Develop and monitor training measurement strategy in order to produce objective and subjective insights on the business impact of training initiatives. 

• Develop onboarding processes for new employees in collaboration with HR Managers. 

 GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS 

• University degree in related field 

• 12+ years experience in learning &development and talent management 

• 8+ years experience in team management • Effective in getting the most of his/her working relationships with teams, stakeholders and peers 

• Lead change in the most effective way to benefit self, others and the organization 

• An agile leader, thinks strategically and develops plans for his/her function for the future 

• Effective in team management 

• Creative problem solver, naturally curious and innovative 

• Ability to apply sound learning principles, agile methods, learning technology and program management skills together in the design, development and maintenance of learning programs 

• Systems thinking; able to recognize patterns and trends in data, content and customer needs which will drive program design and delivery 

• Experience in working with learning support technology 

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills 

• Strong project management and presentation skills 

• No military obligation for male candidates.
