• University degree from Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Up to 1 or 2 years experience in Cosmetic Regulatory Affairs Field
• Having career plans to be developed in Quality and Customer Relations; willing to work in corporate environment
• Having strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, careful
• Good team player,self-motivated, assertive
• No military obligation for male candidates
• No travel restriction

İŞ TANIMI

• Obtain, review and forward standard certification/documentation of the products from Suppliers to Ministry of Health.,in order to make sure that relevant procedure is followed and completed for import operations
• Control the quality of import goods via their documents; work with local suppliers to make them comply with group quality standards
• Answer customer questions about product quality and ingredients
• Monitor customer complaints and report to Quality department in Hong Kong
• Solve customer complaints about the quality of import products
• Cooperate with Quality department located at the headquarters in Hong Kong in order to maintain the internal quality standards and solve customer problems
• Follow the changes in relevant regulations and make necessary updates and internal communication.
