İŞ TANIMI

• Works with the leadership team and functional managers on developing strategy deployment action plans and helps coordinate Kaizen funnel to support the deployment.
• Deploys the standard quality improvement approach within all areas of the local organization to improve business practices and performance in a continuous and sustained way. Runs projects to realize improvements in across the order delivery process.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and waste elimination across the organization using a range of lean methods, processes and tool, such as 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Daily Management, Level Loading, etc.      
• Drive optimization of KPIs around Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Costs. Drive lean conversion for the organization and collaborate with internal and external suppliers and customers on overall lean fulfilment of the value chain.
• Responsible for a group of Continuous Improvement, Quality Assurance,  Inspection and Testing, Business Process  as well as Production Engineering/Development teams/specialists.
• Certified Lean and Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt
• Create and manage projects across the business to achieve targets. Ensure effective sustainment of results and support problem solving as needed to close gaps to targets.
• Ensures that Lean and Six Sigma (the standard ABB process improvement methodology) training and methods are implemented into the organization.
• Collaborates with respective teams (Operations, Engineering, etc.) to integrate lean manufacturing and six sigma principles into the order delivery processes Overall responsible for define and implementation of short, medium and long term actions to improve safety, operating efficiency, quality and productivity in the entire value chain, to improve customer satisfaction and reduce operating costs in a safe working environment.
