We seek for “QUATATION ENGINEER” who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB in Power Grids, Distribution Transformers in Dudullu, Istanbul with below qualifications;

• University degree in Electrical Engineering,
• Very good command of written and spoken English,
• 2-4 years of different levels of related work experience in transformer business,
• Analytical mind with strong planning and self-learning skills, team work & result oriented,
• Target oriented, able to communicate effectively,
• Personal leadership and good communication skills,
• Able to initiate team work/capture team,
• Completed military service for male applicants,
• Available for international travels. 

İŞ TANIMI

• Making electrical design using the necessary tools and programs by demonstrating advanced knowledge of principles and practices in related practice areas,
• Providing cost effective quality solutions for customer requirements and delivering within budget and contract; solving unique problems by applying technical knowledge,
• Making technical judgments in unique problems considering multiple aspects,
• Finding creative/ innovative ways to tailor complex solutions to business and customer needs,
• Sharing technical knowledge with colleagues via various channels, including forums, training and coaching,
• Translating business strategy into clear goals and plans for the team,
• Preparing tendering documentation and approval process documentation,
• Preparing periodic tender result analysis on market activities and trends,
• Supporting internal lead of the tender and coordinating flow of technical and financial information from various internal specialists, as well as optimizing technical solutions and costs for the tender,
• Closing monitoring of deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate approvals and proposal development to support customer requirements,
• Taking active role in technical negotiations.
