Field Service Support Engineer (Robotics)

We are looking for Field Service Support Engineer-Robotics who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB in Robotics in Tuzla-İstanbul,Turkey location.

You will execute service work with Robotics & Discrete Automation in Tuzla- İstanbul,Turkey.Reporting to the Field Service Team Leader, you will act as the technical point person between customers and extended ABB teams.

Your background

• University degree in related discipline. 
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in automation or robotics. 
• Knowledge of industrial robot operations and servo systems, including electrical and software interfaces. 
• Advanced level of English skills. 
• Turkish knowledge is a must.
• Preferably have process knowledge in one or more disciplines such as welding, material handling, paint, press automation.
• Picking/packing/palletizing, camera applications etc. is a plus. 
• Preferably have a working knowledge of control systems, I/O, PLC and bus communication for building motion control. 
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Open to travel.

Your responsibilities

• Provides technical support and coordination between global and local Service teams.
• Deliver a key service bridging the gap from customer enquiry to service delivery and related commercial processes by using related platforms such as FSL, Service Portal, Warranty & Service Information.
• Deliver customer support via virtual support tools such as Connected Services It is the primary duty of each employee at TRABB to educate our employees, contractors, suppliers, partners, trainees and visitors in quality, environment and in operational and health safety, inform them about the possible hazards, impacts and emergency plans and to provide leadership in these domains.
