Finance Specialist-Accounts Receivable-Power Grids

We seek for young, ambitious "Finance Specialist" who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB Power Grids, in Dudullu location with below qualifications;

Your background

• 3 - 5 years of experience, preferably in Accounts Receivable or Accounting,
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience,
• Knowledge of internal controls over financial reporting and internal control procedures,
• Good command of written and spoken English and Turkish,
• Written and verbal communication skills,
• SAP Experience - FSCM Collection and Credit.

• Management of SAP invoicing module, controlling and updating with IS Department,
• Cooperation with IS and Tax Department to update SAP for new VAT and tax rules,
• Advising divisions on invoices preparation (advances calculation and deduction, text, descriptions, VAT codes & VAT issues, etc.),
• Printing and sending invoices (specific cases) prepared by Divisions to external customers ,
• Preparing manual invoice,
• Checking at month closing of unbilled revenues (for fiscal requirements and A&RG),
• Resolving external customer billing inquiries,
• Monitoring interface to ensure complete and accurate automated posting to AR,
• Promoting and establishing 3rd party e-invoice connections,
• Performing necessary activities / tasks within the Accounts Receivable Department to ensure accurate and timely reporting,
• Performing analysis of specific Accounts Receivable accounts on a regular basis and taking appropriate action when necessary,
• Complying with and help to achieve Internal Control over Financial Reporting compliance in Accounts Receivable for applicable templates,
• Managing AR reconciliations and participate in cash collection processes,
• Meeting commitments and deliver high quality services to all applicable stakeholders,
• Committing to and delivering professional ownership of service levels,
• Participating in special projects as necessary to support the Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable,
• Contribution to team spirit and ownership of processes,
• Contribution to development and training of junior staff,
• Supporting and participating in safety, compliance and business ethics,
• Group Charter, communications and other related activities,
• Completed military service for male applicants.
