In this position, you will establish and maintain a quality culture in Electrification/Distribution Solutions, controlling quality with systems, tools and teams to exceed customer expectations while ensuring sustainable operations. You will be in charge of developing and maintaining the quality management system, managing all aspects in line with guidance from ABB Group/Distribution Solutions/Electrification. 

Your responsibilities:

• Quality Culture: Deploy and lead the Quality strategy for the local division, including continues improvement quality culture, systems, and tools with the aim to achieve and even exceed customer expectations, while ensuring sustainable operations.
• Non -Financial KPIs: Coordinate the efforts of all necessary local functions that impact on the quality results in order to reach the targets for the organizational unit and aim for world-class level performance
• CCRP: Supervising the process of customers’ complaints and taking care of reaching permanent full satisfaction of a client.
• Processes Review: Supervising various processes, procedures, instructions including quality of incoming -production materials as well as manufactured products. (In the field of Lean 6Sigma)
• NCRs: Analyzing quality indicators as well as initiating and supervising over the recommended corrective actions eliminating threads to the quality of organization.
• Continues Improvement: Initiating methods aiming at increasing the operational efficiency of an organization and preparing reports and presentations about the quality management.
• Test & Control: Leads the design, planning and execution of tests, controls, verifications, validations, that are directly related to products, systems, or delivery processes.
• Supplier Quality: Supervising Supplier Quality process in terms of Non-Conformance, immediate resolution, root cause analysis and continues improvement
• Lead: Managing the team of staff members, motivating, and developing direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies, for the benefit of both ABB and the employee.

Your background:

• University degree in Engineering field
• At least 10 years of working experience in the field of quality management and experience in the same sector of activity
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. - Lean 6Sigma
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Certificate is an advantage
• Knowledge of ISO standards, experience in conducting internal and external audits.
• Knowledge of tools used to analyze and improve quality (minitab). Knowledge of SAP system will be an advantage.
