QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for
“Sales Support Specialist” who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB in Electrification Solutions – Distribution Solutions in
Dudullulocation with below qualifications;
- University degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering,
- Min 3 years of sales, tendering, design and/or installation experience in preferably Railway solutions,
- Experience in Equipment Packaging Solutions is a plus,
- Good knowledge of MS Office Applications,
- Good command of written and spoken English,
- Action oriented,
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills,
- Team work oriented,
- Outgoing, being able to handle different cultures,
- No restriction to travel abroad,
- Completed military service for male applicants.
İŞ TANIMI
- Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering, and align to provide a solution.
- Creates added value for the customer and communicates details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions)
- Support the local Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers.
- Provide technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations and negotiations and offers product/ solution/service related training.
- Prepare/support preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, Local Business Unit/feeder factory indications and Sales organization directives.
- Participate in the kick off meeting organized by the project team.
- Define cost for the proposed solution and communicates to Sales organization.
- Provide information to the risk review process in accordance with ABB policy and sometimes participates in the risk review assessment.
- Analyse customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and information provided by the Sales organization.
- Perform lost proposal analysis, identifies potential cause, and recommends future actions in cooperation with Sales/Local Business Unit to obtain better future results.
