QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for “Sales Support Specialist” who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB in Electrification Solutions – Distribution Solutions in Dudullulocation with below qualifications;
  • University degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering,
  • Min 3 years of sales, tendering, design and/or installation experience in preferably Railway solutions,
  • Experience in Equipment Packaging Solutions is a plus,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Applications,
  • Good command of written and spoken English,
  • Action oriented,
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills,
  • Team work oriented,
  • Outgoing, being able to handle different cultures,
  • No restriction to travel abroad,
  • Completed military service for male applicants.


İŞ TANIMI

  • Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering, and align to provide a solution.
  • Creates added value for the customer and communicates details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions)
  • Support the local Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers.
  • Provide technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations and negotiations and offers product/ solution/service related training.
  • Prepare/support preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, Local Business Unit/feeder factory indications and Sales organization directives.
  • Participate in the kick off meeting organized by the project team.
  • Define cost for the proposed solution and communicates to Sales organization.
  • Provide information to the risk review process in accordance with ABB policy and sometimes participates in the risk review assessment.
  • Analyse customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and information provided by the Sales organization.
  • Perform lost proposal analysis, identifies potential cause, and recommends future actions in cooperation with Sales/Local Business Unit to obtain better future results.

Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
