Sales Support Specialist (Temporary)

A key role in assisting the sales team, the Sales Support Specialist prepares Motors & Generators Service sales proposals for Motors & Generators Service/Motion/Service in Istanbul/Turkey. In this role, your strong technical and market knowledge will assist you in providing customers with efficient and effective solutions.

Your responsibilities:

• Preparing formal technical and commercial offers. First priority will be spare parts offers.
• Follow-up of projects and communicate with customers to get order.
• After received order, create purchase order to ABB Factories via using SAP.
• Follow-up orders latest situations and deliveries of motors and spare parts to the customer via using SAP when spare parts came to our warehouse.
• Regularly using Salesforce to follow-up own projects status actual.
• Supporting sales colleagues.
• After sales assistance (warranty claims, spare parts, maintenance levels).
• Collaborate with the local team as well with the global ABB factories and Global Technical Service Centers to discuss and share market data as needed.

Your background:

• A Bachelor / master degree in 4th year graduated, Electric-Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is preferable.
• Min 2 years or new graduated.
• Sales support experience.
• Knowledge of motors & generators in the End-user & OEM market (e.g. COG, Metals, Minerals, P&P, Cement, etc.).
• Excellent command of English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
• Computer skills ; Good MS Office user, SAP and Salesforce is preferable.
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Self-motivation, curiosity and a desire to learn about new technologies.
• Highly motivated, ambitious, enthusiastic, dynamic, a real team player and passion for learning.
