Senior Finance Specialist

As a Senior Finance Specialist, your role will be to support the overall preparation of financial statements by executing accurate and timely completion of accounting activities in compliance with internal guidelines and procedures as well as external regulatory requirements. In this role you will also advise on accounting matters based on well-established practices.

Your responsibilities:

Treasury: 

• Bank Account opening and Closing, active bank accounts check 
• Periodic user access rights review for financial and non-financial institutions 
• Audit preparations and confirmations, Internal control process ownership for treasury
• Management of Cheques and guarantee letters 
• Support Country Finance Manager by identification of FX exposure and communicate it to Global treasury. 
• To follow up daily bank transactions for cash in and cash out activities, to maintain the relationship with the banks and negotiating in necessary issues 
• To support Country Finance Manager for Liquidity planning and forecast 
• To follow up and support intercompany netting, employee credit cards, expense and payroll payments. 
• To support the business in receivable collection and credit management with sales team. 
• To support import and export treasury process and provide necessary documentation HR and Administrative activities; 
• To organize business HR needs and direct them to outsourced payroll and recruiting service providers. 
• To support payroll process by providing necessary business information to outsourced service provider 
• Support handling official documentation with government and regulatory institutions.

Finance: 

• To support Country Finance Manager to complete tax requirements and timely submission of Corp Tax returns, compliance with labor law. 
• To be responsible for internal control, audit and SOX process, IPE documentation. 
• To be responsible for USGAAP financial monthly closing activities 
• Support new ERP implementation for finance processes, S4Hana

Your background: 

• Experience on treasury processes;3-4 years 
• Experience on finance and administrative roles; capable of managing HR-RE-IS-Legal 
• Tax outsource service providers, USGAAP and SOX;3-4 years 
• Experience and knowledge on accounting, reporting and internal controls (SOX), USGAAP 
• Experience on SAP,S4 Hana 
• Fluent in English 
• Communicative, hardworking, team player, multitasking, energetic, self motivated
