Your responsibilities:
Service delivery
Perform on-site service activities like: Service jobs, Installation and Commissioning,
Routine maintenance work
On-site troubleshooting, analysing and rectifying of technical problems.
Perform technical support, identify and analyse technical problems through remote, when in-office.
Customer approach
Contribute to customer satisfaction by executing Service work according to customer order and expectation.
Maintain a good relationship with customers.
Identify new sales opportunities and communicates them internally.
Materials and supply
Coordinate, prepare and ensure that all materials, parts and equipment are vailable and at the appropriate quality for
Service activities.
Documentation and reports
Prepare all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative.
Reporting work done in a timely manner and follow up when needed.
Troubleshooting
Troubleshoot equipment failure and make recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future.
Operational excellence
Provide recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service.
Health, safety and integrity
Apply safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities.
Report unsafe practices and incidents.
Your background:
Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field
Minimum 3 year Engineering Degree or equivalent working experience
Experience in the Marine Service Industry is great advantage
A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
Execute Service work on-site with low to medium complexity according to work instructions and in accordance with ABB
standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines.
Extensive travelling is required.
Deliver quality customer service to satisfy customers. In close co-operation with customer and other ABB teams, take
actions to identify new Service business opportunities for ABB.
Fluency in English, and Turkish is a must.
