QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We seek for “Technical Sales Support Engineer”who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB in Robotics & Motion, Robotics located in Dudullu, Istanbul, Turkey with below qualifications;
- University degree in Engineering degree (Mechatronic, Mechanic or Electric/Electronics),
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in automation/robotics,
- Knowledge of industrial robot operations and servo systems, including electrical and software interfaces,
- Preferably have process knowledge in one or more disciplines such as welding, material handling, paint, press automation, picking/packing/palletizing, camera applications etc. is a plus,
- Preferably have a working knowledge of control systems, I/O, PLC and bus communication for building motion control
- Experience in ABB Robots is a definite plus,
- Experience in offline robot programming and simulation packages (RobotStudio) is a plus,
- Innovative,

- Willing to work in a multinational team,
- Strong planning, organizational and leadership skills,
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills,
- Self-discipline and motivation,
- Advance English skills,
- Turkish spoken is a must,
- No limitation for travel and working in customer site,

İŞ TANIMI
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following;- Develop solutions collaborating with customers, partners and ABB colleagues,
- Develop feasibility studies and simulations for proposals,
- Provide technical support to the sales team,
- Provide technical support to customers,
- Represent ABB during site visits, communicating at all levels to ensure customer satisfaction,
- Assist sales people during customer visits,
- Lead concept designs and execute customer demo activities,
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the robots and associated equipment in their designated area of expertise e.g. paint process, handling process, welding process, press automation, picking/packing/palletizing applications etc.
- Join and giving support to prepare marketing activities,
- Attend different customer activities,
- To have a good understanding for customers operation and the key facts creating strategically competition advantages,
- Reviews all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, function spec, tech spec, etc.) to ensure quality standards and customers expectations are met,
- Ensures that customer issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Manager of any problems that may arise,
- It is the primary duty of each employee at TRABB to educate our employees, contractors, suppliers, partners, trainees and visitors in quality, environment and in operational and health safety, inform them about the possible hazards, impacts and emergency plans and to provide leadership in these domains.
- Preparing technical materials like presentations, commissioning videos etc. For both internal staff and customers.
