In this role, you will be the technical point person in Motion, Drive Products in Istanbul, Turkey, providing technical solutions and advice on ABB products, systems and applications. In this role, you will support local teams and customers by advising on technical options and cost-effective solutions. 

Your responsibilities:

• Work directly with customers to fulfill OEM needs, own end-to-end process for OEM customers such as connecting the data gateways, supporting customer on urgent basis and generating periodical reports and recommendations to customer.
• 7/24 Phone and email support to customers via local tech support phone and support email.
• Support OEM customers as part of Motion team in Turkey and technical support for customers and partners.
• To support in investigation and preparing RCA report in typical failure and manage all cases via SFDC case management system. Ensure back-up plans to mitigate risks for critical cases.

Your background:

• Graduated from Electrical, Electrical and Electronics, Control and Automation Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• Good knowledge of all Low Voltage Drives sales to Machine Manufacturers.
• Product and market knowledge of LV drive systems.
• Advanced in English skills.
• Turkish knowledge is a must.
• Teamwork and customer-oriented profile with strong communication skills.
• No obstacle for traveling.
